I'm not a Madonna "fan" although I quite like her. This clip is absolutely one of her best. It's essentially like the best of rock tradition spectacle-loud, live and big. Only the Rolling Stones and certain other acts have ever been able to do it. Madonna did it within her own genre of pop. No one will equal it.
Went to this concert when I was 13 in Nice France dressed like every self proclaimed Madonna fan. At that age You think time could actually stand still. I wish it couldve and had..

She was always a Pro and reaching for perfection; singing + dancing in the live concert situation was not possible both as good, especially not over a time of 60 or 90 minutes with performing x tracks

i was there in Florence ,at one of the 2 concerts she gave to us in Italy .... and it still brings tears to my eyes to hear ,how much the crowd screams when just the shadow of her appears on the stage ...they literally carried her to the front stage with their voices and embraced her with unconditional Love ....in the 80s we were all more simple people ..and Madonna was Huge ! an absolut phenomenon ,imitated by girls ,loved by men and admired by everybody

I got to see her last week in Vegas! I grew up as a kid in the 80s listening to her it was so beyond incredible I got to see her perform her greatest hits on the Celebration tour! Dream come true!
