    So I'm new to crocheting, and I love this pattern so far, but I'm wondering. If I wanted to make one much bigger, do I make all the steps the same but make it x2? Like example, 6:18 Round 6-10 Sc in each st around 30 sc, to make this bigger could I theoretically, make it round 6-10 but instead of 30 it would be 60? Does that make sense?

      Easiest way to make it much bigger would be to use a chunkier yarn and use the same pattern.
      If you want to make it slightly larger, you can try making the ball/sphere larger, such as for Round 6, you can increase to make it be 36 sc: (2 sc in next st, sc in next 4 st) around. And then stay at 36 for like 6 more rounds. You can experiment if you want!

      can i use 4.mm hook too ?

    • @AmiAmour
      @AmiAmour  Před 6 měsíci

      If you can fit the yarn into it, you can, but 4.0mm might be too small for chunky yarn. Usually on the label of the yarn, they have the crochet hook recommended for the yarn.

    what ply did you use ?

    • @AmiAmour
      @AmiAmour  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Hi, in the US, the yarn weight I used was medium (4) worsted weight, but in other parts of the world it may be known as a 10ply or "aran weight" yarn. Hope that helps!
