We have a new puppy at Walker Farm just in time to celebrate the return to school! He won't stay long but the kids enjoy Rusty while he is here. We also get the Skoolie ready for electric and get to see how the kids first day back goes.. Thanks for watching and God Bless!

As a child my father raised beagles, he was a big hunter and a wonderful trainer. My first dog was a beagle named Sam, my father had rescued a baby raccoon which we named Suzy Q. Suzy and Sam became best friends! Memories of them playing together and with me is a nearly 70 year old memory that makes me smile ! I hope Ransom is fortunate enough to have memories as wonderful of Rusty as long as I have had mine of Suzy and Sam!

Lol my parents rescued a Racoon also whose mom had been hit by a car. We had German Shorthaired Pointer hunting dogs and he would play with them . Awesome memories ❤
My Grandma had a beagle when I was little- she had40 acres in upper Wisconsin Her dog “ Lord Throckmorton the III “ AKA “ Throcky” and I would go forage all 40 acres- I had no idea where I was but if they called for the dog, he would bring me home with him! We would see all kinds of wild life out in the forest and thanks to Throcky I never got lost! ❤

A beagle would be a perfect pet for Ransom. Can you imagine the hours of fun those two could have together exploring the farm. One of my brothers had a beagle when he was growing up. What a companion he was for my brother, and the fun trouble the two got into.
When I went to St.Rose of Lima there were two of every grade and thirty kids in each class and went up to the seven grade. So the Nuns had there hands full.
I see the love Ransom has for Rusty. So glad you allow him to have his own puppy. The sweetest thing ever ❤️

We have had beagles for 50 years. They are the most loving and good with kids. That puppy is very cute.

If they don't have to sit on it, use it, empty it or clean it why does it matter? If someone can get worked up over another person's toilet that they will NEVER use, they have bigger problems than the issue of the toilet. 🥴

I am a teacher/teacher aide for a Christian preschool/prek school. We average about 82 kids 2 1/2- 5 year olds. It can be challenging but very rewarding to love on these little ones.❤❤❤ Loving the schoolie. The puppy is so cute. I agree Gary one puppy is enough for now. Mine is a 9 month old cavapoo and he is a handful!😊❤

Not sure if u know but the beagle being a hunting dog that uses there nose have so much instinct to fallow there nose that they can get there self in trouble when it comes to sticking close to home. He probably won’t b able to be loose outside when not supervised. They tend to fallow their nose and get their self lost. It will b imperative to keep an ID tag on him if he comes to stay. Guess that is for all ur dogs. But a beagle Will have a greater power calling him off the farm. 🐰🐇. Thanku for being u and for doing what yall do. 🐾❤️🐾

My dad said I ruined his hunting dog, she was a beagle, and when it was time for my bus to drop me off she would disappear, at first my dad didn't know what happened to his dog, when he got back to the house, he saw his beagle waiting at the end of the driveway for me to get home. She knew the time of day, don't ask me how she knew but she did. So then every time my dad went hunting he had to be home by the time I get off the bus and his dog would leave him behind to go and greet me at the end of our driveway .😂😂

Instincts are a powerful thing. Some dogs will go through the temporary pain of a collar to do what they were born to do some don’t have the instincts of others, and they are not as strong, and it may be possible, but others at all cost will follow their nose❤️

I asked a couple of times for prayers for my brother who was suddenly discovered to have 3 kinds of cancers. He passed Monday the 12th. Keep his wife in your prayers, he got her through a stroke but she has dementia. She has to stay in the care home they were in together because she can’t be left alone. Her family all works. I’m a days drive away so I can’t help.
I can give a little humor to the situation. After my brother got her to walking and talking again, she now gives the care home a run for their money. She visits other rooms and leaves with their desserts and candy. 🤷♀️🤭.

Please keep my dad Daniel Miller one of his main arteries is 100 percent blocked and he has a massive blood clot in his heart and they can't do anything about it but I know we serve a awesome GOD and HE can do anything!!!!!

Trust me when I say you will most definitely want to get some child lock straps for the fridge to keep everything from rolling out when you make a turn. RV and truck fridges have locks on them for a reason.

at moment i am 68 but a few yrs ago my sis and her hubby bought a house and added 2 rooms on it ...i was the gopher for the work site....so i know all about the clean up part....i kept all scraps out of the way and sawdust swept up....had a great time ...was hot and hard work but i loved doing it
Rusty is a cutie patootie. Except for the white spots on his back, he looks almost a twin to Norman, my miniature Dachshund. I know Ransom had fun keeping him for the day. Does Papa plan on keeping Rusty or is he getting him used to kids to go to another home?

As a beagle mix owner. They are so good. They love to hunt. Might put gps tracker collar on him.
Mine hooks up with a neighbor's beagle and they hunt all night. They come home about 9: am and sleep all day.

Hi Gary. Ya ever give any thought about a power inverter for the bus electrical system? That would be another good source of 120V emergency power. You could have it running necessary equipment as you’re traveling without taxing your portable batteries. Just a thought. Love the puppy!
