This tiny home was custom built by a son for his mother so she could be close to him! The shed/cabin hull was bought from Rebel Outdoors in Batesville, Ms. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

What amazes me the most was a sweet kindness of her son to build this sizable home for her. I would move in there in a nanosecond if I had that option. It's so well done and she's obviously so very pleased but his consideration and love for his mother is what touched my heart the most. Well done

MY BROTHER DID THIS FOR MY DEAR MOMA, EVEN HER TASTE IN ROOSTERS AND SWANS. TRYING NOT TO CRY, I LOST HER AND ANOTHER BROTHER LAST YEAR.
THIS WAS LIKE WALKING INTO MY MOM'S HOUSE.
I love this! As we get older this would be perfect, easy to clean!

problem is it wont last with no gutters and the foundation sticking out from the outer walls.

In the house where I was born, which was built before World War II, there were no gutters, and still there aren't, and it still stands. My brother lives there. The roof only had to be changed to a tin one, (an imitation of tiles) because the original one was made of burnt clay and was very heavy, and with snow on the roof in the winter, we were afraid that it might not withstand the weight. What can happen to foundations made of brick and mortar? Brick houses last for decades.
@@andrzejsawicki3770 you can just watch home inspections on youtube and you can see for yourself the damage caused by not having gutters or improper gutters. the mortar for brick houses isn't super strong and can wash out.

That is the nicest shed to home conversions, that I have ever seen. That man did a terrific job. It looks so good inside and out. He could go into business converting sheds to homes.

I love watching shed to house conversions, I think they are much better than mobile homes. If I was a young person just starting out, I think a shed conversion is the way to go.
My son is building a tiny house for me, and so I really enjoyed seeing your video. Mine is 16x40. He is building it on his property near Hilton Head Island. Maybe you can tour it after it is finished. I just sent your video to my son, and just subscribed.

As the owner of a 24 x 36 864 sq. ft. 2 bed 1 bath house I have to say this shed to house is a great size for seniors like myself. Easy size to care for while including everything anyone really needs.

Very nice house this sweet woman’s son built for her. Very kind and loving son she has. It’s very beautiful and well laid out. Only thing I’d do is a few changes. I’d add doors to close off the utility area. They can be folding doors, but it would be nice to have. I’d also add a utility sink, a small one would be fine, and a drain in the floor. Washing machines do sometimes flood or water hoses burst. Maybe screen in the back porch and add a ceiling fan there to circulate the air in the summer heat. It’s a very lovely home. I know she is extremely happy, and I’m so glad to hear she is staying warm now. Thank you for sharing this with us. It really is a gem of a home.

What a nice place. I'll have to share this idea with my mom. She lost her rental property a few months ago due to 4 pine trees crushing the mobile home. The home was 32 years old.

Wow that was really neat! Trying to find a little plot of land here in Michigan where we could put something like this. Our building codes are ridiculously strict here depending on the township. Some areas dictate that the house MUST be at least 1200 sq.ft. or you can't build it.
