Great video and congratulations on the new PB! That's awesome! What did you think of the course? Was at all narrow or windy? I did my first 5K run this week, just a training one at an easy pace so I'm now on the look out for 5K runs do to and Westbury is the next town over from me. I also want a really flat 5K so I can work out my heart rate zones, do you think this would be a good one for that?
Thank you!! Congrats on your first 5k, great achievement!! It’s a very flat course and all ran on the road so it’s not narrow at all. I would say it’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a Pb. Hope that helps.

There was some very quick times, top 50 all sub 20’s with Adam winning it with a 15.30 I think.
