One of my favorite videos I’ve ever edited - mostly because of the company and vibes 😍 Please help me promote it! 🙏🏻
One of my favorite videos I’ve ever watched! ;-)
This whole video is freekin awesome. From the top to the bottom it is worth watching over & over to catch every little moment. Thanks to you both.🙏👍🇨🇦
No one Else on that Planet could do such a charming, Personal & Professional Clip! Congrats ❤️
🫶
It was truly incredible.
Having people so dedicated to restoring these historic boats and -- most importantly USING them -- is fantastic.
100%!!!
I love seeing Victoria and Rico geeking out on these boats! They are behaving like excited children and it's so refreshing to see.
😝🙈🤪
I have been to some great wooden boat shows but not in Monaco! Impressive. And to see classic boats being restored in such a professional way is heart warming.
WOW!!! What an amazing episode. Loved every minute of it
so glad, please help us promote and share it if you enjoyed it 🙏🏻💙

Thank You Victoria and Rico for Such a Out of This World Experience, Loved seeing those 2 Classic Boats, Magnificent 💜 Workmanship and Love put into those 2 boats...Incredible, Loved It, Loved It, Loved It ❤️ 💜
Absolutely incredible, unbelievable. You guys did an amazing job of covering as much as possible into the really limited time of this whole event. Editing must have been a huge challenge as there was just soooooo much to cover.
Hope you had the time of your lives and I just know you're looking forward to a revisit in a couple of years. I can't wait. You guys are the best.
Thank you! Yes, it was a hard edit but now one of my personal fav videos 💙🙏🏻
V
They are definitely my favorite kind of people 💕 OH, to go back in time and be around all of those now classics 😍 Outstanding job to the both of you ❤
Thanks for sharing Brian! 🙌⚓️
Seriously, this was a classic, even german accents galore, felt like a movie! " The Furher and the Princess go to Monaco". Seriously this should be shown on the Big screen, "Nauti styles ; TheMotion Picture". Loved it!
I agree with you!!! These two are crazy!! So much content, filmed with Intuition!! And all These charming fun moments😂
😝🙏🏻🙏🏻🎉
Lovely historical yacht, the old material for switches is 'Bakelite'. Love the wooden and port holes. Thanks for the tours and trips on other classic vessels 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it
That was an incredible blast reminiscence from the past! Also the wonderful background music of the roaring 20s and swing gave this video that extra special vibe.
Even if I have lived most of my life as far away from open water as you can possible get, you (together with a few other cruisers/sailors here on CZcams) are really allowing me to live at least vicariously a hidden passion I never new I had.
Thank you for sharing!
The fantastic shipyard brought back great memories of the beautiful wooden speedboats on Lake Arrowhead in California in the 40s and 50s. I am insanely jealous of your visit to Berlin, a city that I have always wanted to see.
Berlin is awesome, we like to spend time there (Rico was born there)
My first boat in 1971 was a 1954 33ft Chris Craft Commander kept at the Redondo Beach Marina. So these wooden boats have a special place in my heart. Thanks for another great start to the weekend.
Oh wow!
In Washington ?
@@kenlane5011 Redondo Beach, CA.
What an amazing representation of the timeless craftsmanship from even decades ago - absolutely beautiful..... and of course a professionally proper tour from the Nauti Team!! And the shipyard - Woo hoo!
Many thanks! 🙏🏻
Absolutely so cool. Love to see folks having so much fun. I’m sure they’ve worked very hard to enjoy the fruits of their labour. Wonderful….
🙏🏻💙💙🎉🎉🎉🎉
Hallo ihr beiden, schön euch mal in Deutschland zu sehen. Hätte ich das gewusst, wäre ich mal nach Berlin gekommen. Ich hoffe ihr hattet Spaß 😊
Hoffentlich beim nächsten Mal! 🙌💙⚓️
Fantastic trip. I love looking back at history. These boats and boatyard are just that- a look back in time. Thank you for taking us in the journey.
Glad you enjoyed it! Stay Nauti 💙⚓️
Imagine how pretty the brass would be on the 1915 yacht if the brass was polished!!!! I would definitely have it polished. Great show guys! Thank you! I was once on lake Wisconsin on my Crownline speed boat and met a man and his beautiful white Newfoundland dog. He was in his vintage Chris-Craft boat much like the ones your showing. He took me for a ride and I fell in love. There was just something about that old wooden boat. The ride, the feel I just loved it!!
What an awesome story! Thanks for sharing! 💙⚓️
I absolutely love these "old" boats! The combination of the music, nice people and your content kept a big stupid smile on my face for the whole video. Thanks guys.
Wow almost 400k in subscribers! Congrats! 🎉🎉👍👍
Thanks! 😃 hopefully today!!!

There are not enough adjectives to describe how much fun this was. Thanks so much for taking us along for the ride.
Our pleasure! please help us share if you loved it 🙏🏻
Great video on classic wooden boats. My father-in-law has two of them. A 1959 Chris Craft and a 1961 Correct Craft. He shows them at the Georgetown, SC Wooden Boat Show on the 3rd weekend of October each year. Safe travels. 😊
fantastic!!
You guys really put together a great show every week. Watching your show is the most consistent habit I have.
Awww Thanks for sharing! Stay Nauti 💙⚓️

What a cool show to be at. Love the boat with the merlin engine and would really love to go for a ride in it. Great video guys.
Thanks for hanging out with us Jeff! 🙌
Wow! So unusual and wonderful. I love the old wooden boats.
Us too! Glad you enjoyed 🙌
What a really cool feature to have on a classic boat-that Rolls-Royce engine is really impressive!! 👍👍 The woodwork on the boats is next level, so gorgeous!! I wonder if some of that wood is real mahogany. 🤔
🎉🎉🎉💙💙💙
A breakthrough episode. "We're here" indeed. Another level. Congratulations and thanks!
Thank you kindly!
Thank you for taking us with you into this parallel universe! Dreams! 🥰🥰🥰
Thanks for coming!
This was EPIC!!! ❤ just the look and feel of the classic boats so so cool and that yacht was perfect just perfect what an amazing video!!!❤❤
Awww thanks for sharing! 💙
Just amazing. I’ll probably watch this a couple of times. The steam boat, the racing boat, the shipyard. All so incredibly interesting. Next we need a high speed tour in the race boat.
I’ve been watching Lottie the tank whisperer , a CZcams channel from Australia, and they’ve just rebuilt one of those tank engines. So many in depth descriptions, and they just fired it up a couple of days ago. I’m such a big fan of these engines.
There is just so much to take in! ✨👀
Yup me to
At least 10 times
.beautiful boats
Wow, who edited this, deserves an Academy award!
One can feel the soul of passed times. Great movie, especially the lively music. Great job, almost your best featurevideo.
Thank youuuuu 💙
Your best vid yet ! Those classic boats are so charming. That steam engine is amazing !
🙏🏻🙏🏻💙💙
This was an amazing video! I love how you show us history of boating as well as all the technological improvements! Keep them coming! You should cover Chris Craft, too
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for showcasing the classics. I so much appreciate the effort you put into your videos ❤
Glad you like them! More to come! ⚓️💙
Those old wooden boats are beautiful. We have the Chris-Craft wooden boats here in America that are similar to those.
NICE!! 🙌
Gotta love a steam launch
LOVE EM' 🤣
I absolutely love that steam launch, what a beautiful little boat
Glad you enjoyed! 💙⚓️
I loved the old boats, talking about real true Craftsmanship. Absolutely beautiful and I want to spend time on them. That one from 1915 is so awesome it is a masterpiece for sure.
it truly is 💙🙏🏼
What a fantastic step back in time😊
Those boats are realllllllly🎉🎉🎉
Monaco is Uber Uber nice. Been long time since I was there.
The building full of old boats is like a kids dream.
Thanks guys
Welcome back! 🙌💙
OMG! This was so fun. Thanks for showing us these classic beauties. ❤
Danke für dieses tolle Video.
Danke fürs zuschauen! 🙏🏻💙⚓️
Scientifically speaking, we aren't sure if time travel is possible.. we don't even know if time exists!! what we do know is real is Nautistyles being awesome!!
Such a delightful trip down memory lane 👌👊
Couldn't agree more!
While you were talking about the steam engine, I was waiting for that guy in the background with the jeans to get tossed into the water from the bucking dock LOL
🤣🤣🤣
Definitely one of your very best videos 😍
Aww thanks Lance 🙌💙
I grew-up in a classic restoration yard in English Harbour, Antigua. Mum and Dad ran it for 35 years. Some of the larger sailing yachts in Monaco were saved there.
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing! 🙌
That was incredible.. The fact that you were able to bring us into a world that is tucked away most of the time is a feet in it self. Thank you . 😎😎🚢🚢🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍
thanks for joining us!
I know many of your videos, but this one was your best yet! The others appealed to the imagination, but this one appeals to the heart!!!
I'm glad you 2 had such a good time exploring so many ships there, and still having time for fun.Thank you for all your hard work. I liked the RR powered 'Bootlegger' runabout, but the steam boat showed how those set and work in an actual ship.I follow a gentleman from USA that has quite a collection of steam engines and he has at least 3 the size and design of the one you showed running. I'll send him your link.
Oooh how cool, connect us with him!
Congratulations on your first 400.000 subscribers! 🥳🥳🥳
It`s allways a pleasure to watch your Videos! 🥰🥰🥰
You are doing a great job, please never stop!
I'm a huge fan of the classic boating world and I'm a huge fan of all your video's, your vids are the only boat vids I watch, so thank you both so much
Another awesome video from Rico and Victoria! Fascinating look at the history of German boats. Super excited to see them actually on the water!
FANTASTIC video!!
THIS, boys and girls, is real sailing--both power and wind! In many ways the modern vessels just can't compare.
Well said!
@@NautiStyles The drone shots of the regatta of mahogany boats and sleek sailboats was pure throwback grace and beauty!
Thanks for sharing such an amazing adventure ❤
More to come! ⚓️💙
WOW!!!!!
Thank you Thank you Thank you for taking us along with you love it!!!!!
🙌🏼🙌🏼🎉🎉💙💙💙
Dad had a beautiful, wooden inboard similar to these boats when I was very young. I later preferred our 65hp runabout but looking back the classic boat had wonderful lines.
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing Sean ⚓️💙
The Royal Navy and the Royal Australian Navy operated coastal patrol and convey escorts during World War II that were powered by marinized Rolls Royce Merlin engines; they were also used as Sea Air Rescue for downed aircraft, there were atleast two that I know of that still operated out of Sydney in the 70's. About the only part of the boat touching the water at full speed, was the back quarter of the vessel.
Check out SAR Air Nymph(ex HMAS Air Save).
thank you for sharing!
Find Out more!! Greetings, Michael from Autoboote-Berlin

absolutely effing best video!!! Autoboote are total legends 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Couldn't agree more!🙏🏻🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Wow guys. I really, really enjoyed this video. It reminded me when my Dad started boating with a 25 foot Owen's, then moved up to a 33 Chris Craft😊. And Rico you are right. I would about staying on this for ever. Thank you for sharing ❤
Wow! Beautiful boats! 🤩😍
They are!
Best episode. Thank you for bringing us these historic treasures.
thank you so much for watching
This may be the best episode ever! I loved it. More classic boats in the future please.
so glad to hear, please help us promote and share it if you enjoyed it 🙏🏻💙
Such a fun and informative video. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching! 💙⚓️
I thought I was watching TITANIC! such beautiful photography, the scenery and even Dicaprio makes an appearance!
Oooooohhh thank youuuu!
Great antique boats that look in awesome shape, as well as the motors! The motor at the end of video reminded me of the Rolls-Royce motors they used to have in unlimited hydroplanes. Once one drives by you would never forget it.
agreed
That was fantastic! Thank you for showing us around, both the Monaco Classic and Autoboot. I'm looking forward to Warnemeunder Woche this July.
The Meteor engine was great! What a sound!
What a great and different Video! Love the Vive, love the Pictures, love the Germans stumbling through their "dayli bread" in English, Grüße aus Dortmund! ;-)
😜
Its the "wampa dampa" yacht club!!! Love the passion that Carson has for his "steam ship" I find it interesting the men who play with steam engines, cause the technology is to the point where men who operated it in the field for a living (railroad guys, engineers on ships) have left this earthly body. Older dudes like Carson, that knowledge might have been passed down by their fathers on how to operate a steam engine, but somebody my age its alien technology that I find kinda intimidating(boiler explosions!!!)
to us it's just mind blowing and exciting
Another awesome vid!
Beautiful boats throughout this video; what a wonderful treat.
When you get back to California, there are many wooden powerboats on Lake Tahoe-- where a renowned restorer is located.
👌🏼
KEEP HAVING FUN VICTORIA AND RICO!!!!😂😂..THANKS FOR TAKING ME ALONG 😮😮😮..
Always! 💙🙌🏼
Awesome video, love seeing how excited you two get over these beautiful wooden boats
Awww thanks Matt
No problem. Love your channel, especially the newest ones.
I’m enjoying all the comments about wooden boats. My first boat at age 13 was an old Penn Yan CZT Swift. 1/8” cedar plank over bent spruce ribs- like a canoe! Had doped canvas covering it for watertight. Finally we would just fiberglass over the leaks and to this day the smell of fiberglass resin takes me back to being in my garage on a cold winter night repairing the boat at age 14!!
Awesome, thank you!
Here in upstate NY, we have a classic wooden boat festival every year on Lake George. My wife and I always invite my mother to see the boats and have a birthday lunch for her. It’s at the end of August, and I highly recommend coming.
And one of my favorite vid's as well. All the best to both of you on a very inviting channel. Much success ! ! ! !
Thank you so much Michael!
0:48 Very cool shot of a steamer towing a sailboat. I bet there was a lot of that as we transitioned to powered vessels. Fun video guys. Hope you all are having a good weekend !
Bakelite! I haven't thought of that in years - precurser to plastic. That steamer was such a treat! Great video. Thanks!
Thank you so much - appreciate it!
Excellent video looks like you guys had a blast. I really enjoyed watching you have fun good show cheerio
🙈😝💙🙏🏻
Fabulous video loved this you just can’t beat classic boats 💞💞💞
At the 21:00 mark, y'all mentioned that black plastic and called it "bah-ka-leet". I assume that's the German pronunciation, but it's pronounced "Bake-ah-lite" here in the US.
Fun fact: Bakelite (Phenolic resin) was invented in New York by Leo Baekeland and patented in 1909. It's actually still in use today. Fiber reinforced phenolic resin sheets are pretty common in certain industries. I wouldn't be surprised if it was used in speakers, honestly. It's easy to machine, dimensionally stable, and tough. Not sure how it'd do for making a speaker cab, but it'd definitely be good for bracing.
That was a very cool video. Thanks for doing that one. Love the history
Glad you enjoyed it
Such wonderful music!!
Great episode. Really enjoyed this one.
so glad, please help us promote and share it if you enjoyed it 🙏🏻💙
Super cool episode!
🎉🎉🎉
