1. I agree with your statement that a few parts/regions of our Nation are not that developed as our Urban regions. Few regions of our Nation are still struggling to open Schools & Colleges in their surroundings. I understand that in rural areas, parents are least educated which affects their children later on. But our Government is working on it, UNDER THE RIGHTS TO EDUCATION ACT, FREE EDUCATION IS PROVIDED FROM 1st-8st CLASS, ALONG WITH THAT HIGHER EDUCATION FROM CLASS 9th-12th IS ALSO PROVIDE UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
2. It doesn't matter in what language education is provided to the student but, as our Nation DON'T HAVE ANY NATIONAL LANGUAGE (our Nation INDIA is a multilingual country, we have OFFICIAL languages such as Hindi & English) without communication or interaction nothing is possible, education too. It is a task for the students of our Nation to learn these official languages to communicate with others. The new medium of communication or interaction is the Internet. Nowadays a major number of websites are available in multiple languages but relying on this TRANSLATE service is not a permanent solution and that is why LEARNING ENGLISH is our NEED since it is the OFFICIAL LANGUAGE ON INTERNET USED TO INTERACT.
3. BLAMING OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM was neither a solution then, nor it is now, but the transformation is. Respected Dr. Vivek Binda has given a brief explanation through his case studies how our Nation India lags behind in terms of Education. U.S.A leads 200 years ahead of us in terms of education. Why NRI's and students who qualified from western countries are highly valued in India? all because of the POWER OF EDUCATION. It's our history. Still, a few educators have made it HANDY, there is no need for a student to visit any expensive class, the educator can reach out to them through their mobile apps eg. Byjus, Vedantu.

Firstly teachers should be changed because if teachers got changed , system will be changed itself.
Do you know , I'm not talking about all but most of the government teachers don't know how to write , how to speak , how to sign on a cheque , how to fill a cheque and many other things which a teacher musk know , they don't know.
