*Butter:2 tbsp
*All purpose flour:2 tbsp
*Milk:2.5 to 3 cups
*Salt to taste
*Black pepper:1/4 tsp
*Oregano:1/2tsp
*White pepper:3/4tsp
*Cheddar cheese:1 cup
*Boiled penne pasta:300g
