I got the 2018 today and it is all everyone has said it was. I love it! While I have no issue with the supplied bracelet, I prefer the look and feel of leather and swapped it out with a Barton quick release brown alligator strap and it is even more stunning, IMO. The dial sparkles in sunlight. I really love this watch!
This was my first screw down crown and for the life of me I could not get it to the point of adjusting the date by itself and had to just wind it forward through about two weeks of numbers to get to the correct day. But once that was done, the rest was a breeze.

I have the 2101, in fact I'm wearing it right now. I got it with the leather strap, quickly ditched that for an FKM rubber strap. Pure heaven. The watch is running fine and I love the looks. Very happy with the purchase.

A 10-Addiesdive watches video, that actually kind of crazy mate!! 😂 The sand dial AD2030 is actually the most beautiful watch in this line-up. Shame about the mineral crystal that actually is a deal breaker for me, so it saves me some money! 😅

Excellent stuff. I have the Sub Quartz blue and the Willard auto, great lume, great beaters, bracelets ok. The Rhonda quartz GMT with fixed bezel is on the list. Maybe swap out the mineral for sapphire crystal in 6 months as a mod project....if I remember😆

I have four of these AddiesDive watches and I've been struggling to do a proper video on them because they're all so different! The AD2023 is great, as is the AD2101 although I'm not crazy about the AR coating on that one.
The AD2023 is an awesome watch for the money. I think they've had to put extra AR on the 2021, due to the high domed crystal. Thanks for watching mate 👍👍
I have the first watch and love the dial but it does look good on that strap. Will have to try it. Just received MY050s this afternoon. Bought in sale for £15! Decent looking military style watch but backplay on bezel is horrendous. Not that bothered as watch was so inexpensive.

6:24 I have this and I'm very happy with it. I'd rather have mineral than a cheap milky sapphire with cheap blue AR. I've also got the v31 but mine is the black bay instead of the Explorer. They are excellent watches for when I need to get out in a hurry and haven't time to set the mechanical stuff.

The main reason they do it is to get the boxed crystal. I heard a boxed sapphire crystal is very expensive, around 50$ I thinks so the only way to make an affordable watch with a boxed crystal is to use mineral crystal. Domed or flat crystal are cheaper but I guess they really like the boxed crystal look
One thing about the ad2101 is that there are two versions.
They made the minute hand and second hand longer in the newer iteration.
So be certain you’re ordering the one you want and don’t go only by price.

I've had the MY-H2 for a few years and I can't say enough good things about this watch.. It has a classic type A flieger design. The lume is the best I've seen on a watch at this price, and the metal strap is good.
I just recently picked up the new AD2048, which is a Hamilton khaki homage, and I'm genuinely impressed. When compared with the actually khaki, in my opinion, Addiesdive made a better watch at a third of the price. Sapphire crystal, anti reflective coating, 200m WR, Seiko nh35 workhorse movement, better lume than a khaki, at or around $100 USD. No brainer!

I got the MY-H3 but mine is automatic. I also have the MY-H6. I am really liking Addiesdive, I have the MY-H2 on the way but the sterile dial.
I think when all said and done I’ll have all the automatics on your list. I don’t buy quartz watches.

does Addiesdive avoid display backs completely? Because i was leaning towards this brand, but the lack of the display back is a dealbreaker for me. That would leave Tandorio.
Hmm good question ... I can't think of an Addiesdive with a display case back. Some people would say that's a good thing as the NH35 isn't an attractive movement. I'm neutral, not a deal-breaker for me either way. Thanks for watching 👍👍
Well the whole point of wearing/owning a mechanical watch - for me - would be to watch the mechanism (it's like watching a fish tank for me). As far as the attractiveness goes... well i only have a 40 year old soviet Raketa watch, that features the 2609 HA movement. that is not the beauty itself either. but as long as there are gears and things move, i like it. 7nfortunatelly this also does not have a display case back. so i definitelly have to include that in my priorities when searching.
Addiesdive is not a Bad watch. I have 2 of them. Waiting on a 3rd one along with a Steeldive Willard. I love My Seikos and Tissot.

Addiesdive are excellent value especially their Automatics. You just need to remember that their bracelets are mostly sub-par and think about swapping them out for leather or silicone/rubber. Just my opinion.

The only concern I have here is the quality controlqqq and the accuracy of the claimed water resistance.
I can appreciate that, these things are something to consider on any low cost watch. I don't have a pressure tester to verify the W/R claims. Re quality, I've only had a few minor issues with Addiesdive watches. Thanks for watching 👍👍
I'd be curious if any divers would wear one of these down to 100m (as a test not an actual watch to rely on) just to see what happens ... Not sure too many have a pressure tester that goes to that depth.
@@karlsenula9495 The WR is not only about depth, so called static pressure. Have you ever heard of dynamic pressure? When you jump into the pool and water flows around the watch even half a meter below the surface can be pushed into the watch if is not water resistant enough.
I have two MY-H subs, have used them as summer beaters..had no problems swimming in the sea and the pools and diving a few meters..so imho good enough for most people
They made a video showing their factory and they show that they test all their watches to 4 bar water pressure so unless you are diving deeper then 40 meters it should be fine. But I'm always a bit more careful with my aliexpres watches. If I'm planning to go for a swim I mostly just use my gshock

That first one, AD2117, is perhaps the ugliest watch I have ever seen. If thats chinese design they should stick to copying... and then I saw MY-H5 🤮
Both of the watches are homages to very popular Japanese watches. Each to their own though.
