I was shown one time by a friend and I've never been able to recreate it since, so I continue doing it the Jazzy way, since that's how I've done it my whole life, lol
Wonder if you felt a lil queezy from jumping around after eating the truffles(or maybe just from SO much sweetness). Just a thought. Hope you feel better. If you use cocoa powder sprinkled on the knife, it won't stick so much when cutting. But those do look delicious!

Those truffles are essentially a Brazilian dessert called brigadeiros. My mother-in-law is Brazilian and makes these for special occasions. Always delicious!

Update: I tried it! The consistency is like fudge that comes in a jar for ice cream. It tastes similar too, but it's slightly less sweet.
It 12:00am and I was sitting in my bed watching this and I put my iPad down then my cat just watched jazzy for like 2 mins
