I'm tickled that breaded brie is suddenly a new thing on TikTok. I've been making baked breaded brie and camembert with cranberry sauce for about 20 years now after first having it as a starter in a restaurant in Namibia 😆 Deep fried on a stick is, however, genius. Going to try this.
My blender sometimes smells like smoke too, it’s just the spinning mechanism in the bottom bit overheating, but the food should be completely fine!
Panko are made from a crustless white bread that is processed into flakes and then dried. These bread crumbs have a dryer and flakier consistency than regular breadcrumbs, and as a result they absorb less oil. Panko produces lighter and crunchier tasting fried food.
And they are one of the ingredients of Japanese cooking.

Those seaweed sheets in the tikt0k are the snacking kind, usually seasoned with sesame oil and salt. Sushi nori is plain. Try it with the snack seaweed it'll change the taste completely.

Agree with you about the cottage cheese cookie dough. I thought it was disgusting and was so upset that I wasted the money on the expensive ingredients. Definitely going to try those cheese on a stick though!

When it comes to preparing a mango if you cut it off the pip, hold the skin and push it down the side of a glass it takes all the skin off and leaves all the flesh. None goes to waste :)
7:10 "Panko" means "bread crumbs" in japanese. パン [pan] means "bread" and 粉 [ko] means "crumbs". So basically you are using japanese style bread crumbs, which is slightly different from which we use in Europe, more flakyer.
Panko bread crumbs have much bigger crumb bits so it’s much more crunchier yummmm

I think you weren't supposed to blend up the almond meal with the cottage cheese mix, for the cookie dough. You mix it in like flour when making cookies.
