For those who want to know the fuel being used: I use paraffin lamp oil, but I'm going to get white fuel soon, which is the usual fire eating fuel. I have so many fuels now for all my acts that it's getting crazy! White fuel is good for transferring onto clothing and skin without getting burned and the fuel evaporates in room temp. Paraffin is more so used for fire breathing due to lack of taste and flash point. I would definitely not recommend learning this without a trained professional helping. I self-taught myself for a lot of my acts, but that is only because I am a performer that recognizes the danger in each of these acts and does everything to prevent them. It seems easy to learn, but it is extremely dangerous. Fuel from fire breathing can kill you if ingested and it does have cancer causing agents plus you can set yourself on fire. Fire eating can burn you pretty damn bad. My lips are pretty toasted because of making mistakes while learning. And if you inhale, you're going to get seriously injured and possibly die as result. I've made that mistake very recently, a small hiccup but I am fine, just a little sore throat at the top of my throat. It was pretty scary but now that I've made that mistake, I know what not to do lol Also, Brian, you rock!

I recently found my love for fire when i went to local juggling group's fire night and got to juggle torches (with professionals, of course. At one point they had 9 people passing torches as other jugglers walked under their passes. It was crazy). So i'm definitely going to ask my fire-eater friend for a lesson or two

So far I've learned how to do the cotton ball fire eating and plan to get the things to eat fire like a pro, I love circus style performing, fire eating, knife throwing, whip cracking(with a whip I made myself), and a little bit of magic/scamming. Love your vids Brian keep them up, I'm subbed to both of your channels and have learned a ton of your tricks so far.(mostly the fire/match ones) also I improved upon the diy gas mask by making it double filter it can be breathed through easier and not fog up as much, I need to make another for myself bc I gave mine to a friend, the ones I have now are both single filter but work relatively well. Thx for all you've taught me.

So just wrap a ripped part of a t shirt around a little metal hook thing, nice and tight, thick with no loose ends that can burn off. How does it stay together without glue and stuff. Id like to try this.

Eric Settineri you can buy them online amazon have a few options which is where I bought mine but they do explain on here how you can make your own at the beginning of the tutorial before the actually all start doing fire, again don’t try this without a trained professional and appropriate extinguishing equipment around you and never on your own
