It was sort of a blast from the past seeing this 1991 Civic sedan row gears at RaceWorz this year. Rocking a B-series and of course, a turbo - this 5 speed, gutted Honda started knocking on the doors of 9's by the end of the weekend!

@@1320video its not hard its like a c5 vs a c6. E stands for civic. F stands for model year and goes alphabetically. Ea is oldest Ef old, eg newer, ek next model, ep is the next until they switch to F for civic and started the alphabet over

I love his definition of bolt ons. Pistons, rods, cams, springs, studs, nothing major LOL. Awesome car and build man good luck this season.
Yea he tweakin on the bolt on term but by B series standards it’s a pretty mild build. No head porting no sleeves etc.

This was the first car I ever owned and I brought it with my own money. It was a $300 rust bucket but I loved it. Super reliable besides the common Honda oil leak and the exhaust was rusted through. I learned how to drive a manual in real-time with it on the street, no teachers. I just knew in theory how to drive a stick from watching other peoples hands and feet lmao. It only had 4 speeds and luckily a soft and forgiving clutch. Ahh the memories. Awesome video.

It's crazy his next goal with this stocl chassis garage build is 9s. I remember in High School it was a HUGE deal when Papadakis finally got into the 9s with a longitudinally mounted engine in a full tube chassis.

@@KBoogiie Yeah, because any other car that creates at least 500 HP are faster than most things on the road. So a 500 HP civic is not definitely the only thing you need. Especially not the stripped one in the video, since it probably isn't street legal. Or maybe it is, I don't know the laws there. People want comfort as well.

This model was the first Honda I owned. Same year.D15B3 engine in Africa. Carb. I sold it many years ago. Last I checked it's still running.
