I just ordered it off Amazon (the grey JayB signature Troll clipper) & was tempted to add the graphene XO combination to my order but didn’t cause I haven’t heard anything about it. Because it’s new or is it the same one that comes with the Goblin and Phantom?
Hey man love the reviews, im stuck between the Troll and the XO clipper. I know you reviewed both and liked both. I was wondering if you had to choose, which one would you go with?
I think if u got the single lid version, instead of the 3, it would have a more preferable grip/hold (matte rubberized) for ya. I have my fingers crossed that the sig grey JB that I just ordered has the rub matte instead of the slick gloss 🙏🏾🤞🏾
What's the difference between the jb edition, and the 3 cover TROLL? I have the grey on in my Cart! Just waiting to see if they drop the prices for black Friday.
The 3 lid comes with a taper blade & the JB comes with a fade blade. The black lid (out of the 3 lids), the single lid green n black, & the new Troll blackout comes in matte. The rest slick gloss.

@@thewoodshedbarber I don’t believe so. I believe that TBOP put the least expensive lid on the product that he’d make the least from. Due to J & Amazon getting a cut/percentage. I’d advise any/everyone to get the X clipper. Not saying that the troll is trash cause it is most assuredly is not!

Same story. Bought yeti first expecting 10k rpm to be end all be all. The Troll is easily superior to the Senior, Master, FX3 on my station.

I agree I got the j blends clippers and it was suppose to come with the charging dock and i got the grey troll trimmers but no charging stand
He may be still developing the stands but he said they were coming. Does the gray have the rubberized soft touch feel?

I would go XO all the way. The troll is a great mid tier competitor (think magic clip) but the XO goes directly against the fx boost in my opinion

I did not. I usually don’t zero gap when using a taper blade.
So, I just received the grey jb sig, it isn’t the rubberized matte. I’m disappointed

@@rn4965 the little metal part of the Wahl guards that fasten them to the blade. If you bend the in a little it creates a tighter fit
Rubbish product, mine was broke in second day! Their customer service is a joke! I will never use their products again!
