Whatever happened to the Phantom with the baby blue lid instead of the orange? I need that! That black n orange reminds me of bengals colors, n Im a diehard loyal browns fan (I reside in Columbus Ohio). I know TPOB is gonna go off on me like, “wtf u so late for asshole?! That was 2 years ago!” My answer would be cause I just got hipped to TPOB, my bad

I know some have said that the troll trimmer is a little louder than some other trimmers, but if you replace the blade with the phsyco blade, it is extremely quieter.

I got the troll clippers on Amazon for 58 going to order the trimmer next it 45 on Amazon with the pshyco blade best bang for ur buck no question

Like your videos, subscribed to the channel, and I also support TPOB products. With that being said, you kinda contradicted yourself in this video bro.
In the Blade portion of your video you stated that if the Troll trimmer does not come with the psycho blade, which yours did not, it's not the worst blade but it definitely lacks in performance (not the sharpest and not the best debulker). Lets be honest, if your in a professional setting, you need a trimmer with a blade that performs well and fast. Plus to purchase the Psycho blade it's an additional $33 on amazon, not to mention the most convenient aspect of barber tools nowadays is a charging base, which only one of his troll versions comes with this and the others do not. He sells the charging base separate at about $23 on amazon. These 2 additional purchases drives the overall cost of the trimmer up and puts the cost closer to Andis, Wahl, Stylecraft, etc... at about $112 or even OVER his competitors such as VGR, Kemei, etc...
But then when it came to the cost portion of the video you heavily implied that it's a steal, especially for new up and coming barbers. But I'm confused because you stated without the PSYCHO blade the trimmer ISN'T very good. So how exactly would it be a steal?
Again I'm not saying not to buy TPOB. I think some of his products are great as well. I just think if you add up the additional costs for the PSYCHO blade and/or the charging base, It's not all that cheaper then his competitors. Technically kemei, Supreme, or VGR would be a cheaper option even with replacing their blades with a better one. Hope your being 100 percent honest and not gassing the brand up because you want him to keep sending you free products.
So are there cheaper options, of course but personally I believe cheap doesn’t alway equate value. Yes this model didn’t have the psycho blade but at this point he had already announced that troll trimmers going forward would be equipped with it. So value plus quality is still there.
Even though there was no charging base please remember the context of the time the video was made. Babyliss had the comparable trimmer of the lo pro at the time which was still selling at $179 vs the $79 I believe for the troll and neither came with charging stand. That with the fact that the gold fx blade also fit the troll, no matter how you slice it, it was a better deal.
Finally at this point I had zero relationship with any company so there was absolutely no pandering. I believe I’ve remained critical of everyone I’ve worked with since and honest. Maybe it needs a revisit video. And I also haven’t used the krazy blade yet. But I stand buy everything I said and thought. Sometimes our own thoughts can have contradictory leanings.
How bout a TPOB X vs SC Saber? Word on the streets is the X might dethrone the Saber. Just like the Saber usurped the gold FX. Like the gold FX took the crown from the Andis T Outliner. Idk what was before the Andis T, the Wahl Detailer maybe?
The saber is my #1 trimmer right now but I am in the middle of reviewing the x and it is 🔥
I just subscribed, i got the troll with psycho blade for $40. It hasn't got delivered yet. My question is, should i get the x-pro blade with the one cutter to replace the psycho blade... or keep the psycho blade and use the one cutter?
Or just keep the psycho blade?

Sorry but the one cutting blade and X pro blade doesn’t work on anything but stylecraft trimmers. Unless philthyblends has a mod for it.

Honestly I’d say the X pro with the one blade on the saber. But the goldfx and black fx3 blades are very close and tied at second place for me
