Nashville regulators go on record after FOX 17 reveals taxi, rideshare horror stories

Metro regulators are going on the record after our reporting reveals unlicensed cab and ride share horror stories from locals and tourists.
The Tennessee Licensing Commission says it has enforcement people downtown every day looking for bad actors, but a licensed taxi driver FOX 17 News talked to Thursday says what the city is doing isn't enough.
