He is well balanced with shoulders and head and the rest. Alot of people who are real tall are off in some way.
I don't think he's got a tumor like most giants.
Because usually those people have thyroid problems which can cause certain limbs to be longer than normal etc. It's kinda a double whammy though because you look too proportional and people get dumb with height measurements. I'm 6'10" but someone said I look 6'8" till we pulled out the tape measure and it said I am 6'10".
