Locuming for Doctors 101: Legal requirements, different options, how much they pay 🤑💰

Good evening everyone
In this video I touch on everything locum related. I go through the various means in which you can locum, the amount of money paid for each locum. I also touch on legal requirements and basic etiquette when locuming.
I didn't touch much on anaesthesia locums because most require a diploma in anaesthesia.
You basically get locums via formal agencies or word of mouth. If you are not familiar with the doctors in the area you can get their contacts via hospitals or online and leave your details so that they contact you when in need of assistance especially theatre locums. With the scarcity of jobs post conserve it's something you can do while looking for a job.

Also prefer them. Private patients are usually big and your shoulder or biceps 💪 pay the price🤣🤣🤣🤣 holding up those body parts isn't easy shame. But it's worth it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤑🤑

Hi Doc, trust you're doing well. Care to share about the heavy income tax that comes with earning locum income? So many healthcare professionals are dying because of the high taxes they end up owing to SARS. Do you have a solution for that?

If it's Id say more than 5k and consistent, get someone to help do your taxes. They have tricks on how to reduce etc
