Hey!!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! I had the same issue with the camera case. The button didn't work and I was frustrated and had changed the film with 3 remaining pictures and the new one didn't work neither. I am so glad that I found your video, because in the FAQ section of polaroid lab was no information about that.

Hey man, nice video. Cheers for the tips. The quality of the pics you printed looks good. I have the Polaroid Lab but when I print pics, it's kind of blueish and not anywhere close to the actual pic. Did you experience that issue as well? Thanks

You can actually take pictures with it. Just another Chris tried it, you need to cover the “phone detector” and press the printing button when the lights in the middle light up. It’s a bit tricky because you have to cover the detectors and you can’t see the picture you’re taking through any lens but it’s possible

Nice video. Just FYI: mine has always worked with every screen protector and case I've had on my phones. Also, most printing problems are bizarrely solved by using it plugged in...

Here's what I found on Polaroid's website:
iPhone 7 and newer, with IOS 16.3.1 or higher are compatible with the Polaroid Lab.
The augmented reality feature is available with iPhone 7 and newer.
iPhone 5, iPhoneSE (2016) and smaller are not compatible.
