    Ingredients:
    Couscous: 1 cup (200 g)
Chicken broth or vegetable broth: 1 1/8 cups (270 ml)
    Salt: pinch
    Fresh parsley, chopped: 1 tablespoon (15 g)
    Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt.
Once the broth is boiling, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the couscous.
Cover the pan tightly with a lid and let the couscous sit for 10 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed and the couscous is fluffy.
Fluff the couscous with a fork and stir in the chopped parsley.
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, if desired.
Serve immediately as a side dish with your favorite protein.
    Tips:
For even more flavor, you can add a tablespoon of olive oil or butter to the broth before bringing it to a boil.
You can substitute other fresh herbs like mint, dill, or cilantro for the parsley.
Leftover couscous can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a pan over low heat, adding a splash of water or broth if needed.
