Love these long form discussions and exploration around psychology and the intricate dance of our thoughts... That's something I always think about as well... Unless we reflect and tap into a greater awareness, it's a good realization to have that our truth or perceptions are most likely coloured by our past experiences (trauma). Thanks for this Shay!
