Thanks Kevin, one small tipp to add: I always start putting the Excel file in a subfolder Questionaires. Otherwise you have book1 book2 etc in your root directory. If you later move the Excel sheet to another directory, the online form is always connected to this Excel file.

I created my form and it links to the new excel and puts the responses in there. However, when new responses come in, they don't show up in that XLS workbook. If I go back to the form, and try to open the XLS from there, it opens the stale XLS workbook (which doesn't have the new responses) with a warning at the top of my excel that says "This form is linked to a different workbook." So then I have to go back to Form, click DISCONNECT and RESYNC in new WORKBOOK and then all the aggregated responses show up in the new workbook. What's wrong? Why isn't it just syncing to the original workbook xls created when I made the form?

Good video, but not quite what I need. I am creating an Excel spreadsheet to record all my crypto activity, I had hoped that "forms" would be the entry solution as I require the abiliity to add new Crypto to the list of cryptos I have. So, I want to have a simple form that will be called whenever I need to add a crypto, so, what EXCEL function will be able to achieve this? Also, each crypto Token will have to record a set of specific data, so, is the solution to create a Base Table template, then use that to record the data, but, that new table data will need to be included with the other Token data already garnered.

OMG, I loved it, I've already spent the entire day trying to figure out something like this to make it simple for my estimators to upload their projects. How can this be extended to a list of components for a roofing system? The columns are always the same ID, Cost Code, Title, Unit Price and Unit Type but each rood has several lines, one for the membrane, one for the Cover Board, one For the Insulation, one for Fasteners and so on. I don't see how to use this but instead a Fully Automated Data Entry and the coding is driving me crazy.
