I can’t believe I didn’t like this album when I first heard it. This is probably one of, if not my most, listened album of the year so far
It’s so short, but so dense that it still totally delivers. And it means that it really lends itself to relistens, at least imo
yeah the production is so complex that it took me a couple listens to really enjoy it too
Your first listen scared off your inner Hoe and now you are able to fully embrace this Masterpiece of an Album it is.
gotta be in the right mood to listen to it. when you are, this album bangs.
my favorite artists are the ones that I don't like the first time I heard their music, I remember being annoyed the first time I heard Baby I'm bleeding by peggy, I fucking love him now

I tried my absolute best but even after all these years I still can't bear hearing Danny Brown. Such a shame because I love peggy's music so much and the production on this album is ridiculous
danny’s voice grew so much on me
His voice is polarising. I didn't like it at first, it sounded like a skeleton singing, but it grew on me
i never ever had a problem getting into danny brown, i guess i was blessed with good taste early on

He’s got a very unique sound, I could see it being hard to get used to! Check out “Float On” to see his range tho, sometimes he raps in a much more familiar registee
