  • Baby Animals live at The Palais Theatre in St Kilda, Melbourne June 1992. This special was filmed for Japanese television and never shown in Australia. The audio is really good but the producers added some dreadful filters to the video. Great to see some before show / back stage / rehearsal footage cut in between the songs. The first part of Ain't Gonna Get is missing and I've also included the intro part from the DVD menu because, why not. Good to see their Hendrix cover of 'Fire' is here too. They sold out 2 shows at The Palais on this tour after touring the world and watching their album slowly climb all the way to #1.

I remember i saw them in Milan, Italy, when they were touring as Bryan Adam's opening act. I didn't know them at the time, but their gig has been one of the best I've ever seen. One the most underrated band in the history of rock.

was at their album launch at Australia's Wonderland in Sydney for their debut album. They still sound great 31 years later. They're still one of my all time favourite aussie bands. Should have been more successful than they were.

Needle in a haystack but I work for an Australian Record Label and I'm trying track down this footage, would be very helpful to see the DVD cover or a list of any production details

How sid the band members not all fall in love with Suze?

They ended up hating her. At least the drummer and bass player did.

@@NailFactoryProds Don’t know, personality clashes. Apart from rare reunions the current Baby Animals line-up is Suzie, Dave Leslie (guitar) and two non-original musicians.

They initially disbanded after Shaved and Dangerous because their record label folded and the legal issues crippled them. Then when they looked to get back together many many years later, Suze and Dave apparently wanted to own everything, and only bring Frank (drums) and Eddie (bass) back into the band as paid employees. Those guys didn’t want a bar of it, so unfortunately, the current line up we see in shows today is nothing like this concert footage from the 90s where they were at the peak of their games and musicianship. Bring back those old days I say!!!!

You knew about this stuff. So, how does that relate to Dope. If Queensland iza state crime, whereas, Victoria what?? And, how does that relate to organisational structure.
