Hi do you know what size bolts are for the support valves? there are 4 bolts that I cannot seem to find the part # for. thanks
I have a 1996 Polaris Sportsman 500 I just put a new camshaft in it and I was putting it all back together and the last thing I want to do is check the valves the exhaust valve I could put the Gage right under it and it was a little drag that was fine but then when I went to do the other two valves the intake I couldn't get my gauge under it ..is that normal after putting a new camshaft in ? or what should I do just loosen them up and start from scratch ?any help would be appreciated thank you

I have a 2006 Magnum 330. Do these have a valce cover gasket? My research isn't showing anything. I have a leak at the mating surface at what I think is the valve cover just above the exhaust. Having trouble researching it and this video is the closest I have come across. Thoughts?
You have a breather cover on yours. Gasket is Polaris Part # 3087034. to sandwich your camshaft, there is no gasket there. You will want to use some 1211 or something similar. Its a liquid gasket. Thanks for watching. Hit the subscribe button if you get a chance.

All most all Polaris are adjusted at .006. Google it

i have magnum polaris and when i try to drive it i hear strange sounds and the magnum doesnt drive but when i put it on slowly mode the ATV is Fine...can you reply please ☺

Mustafa Adnan Sounds like you have moisture in the override switch assembly or possibly too much slop in the throttle cable. There is a ground wire you can disconnect from the switch and give it a try. But you will have to reconnect it to shut the engine off via the on/off switch
