Fun Titanic fact! You know those segments in the hull that stop the water from flooding the entire ship at once? In the titanic they had gaps in the top of them, which allowed the water to flow between them under extreme circumstances they belived would never come up. This is one of the reasons the 'unsinkable' ship sank
@@MGSLurmey the compartments can lock off so if a few flood the ship still stays afloat I think for titanic it was 4 of them being the limit and the iceberg shredded through 6 at least directly so it never had a chance and if you think 4 is too low, there hasn't been a maritime disaster that bad before or after titanic it really has been a one of a kind event

I actually have been watching people play this since I was like 6. I love this game. I remember mainly watching “Dodge Them All” on CZcams. The Nostalgia.
Hey, I have tried this game, and I do really really recommend that you mess with the physics settings next time! You can do all kinds of crazy things with it.

Real Civil Engineer, this comment is probably going to be ignored and overlooked almost immediately, so I'm gonna post this comment on every new video as soon as it's uploaded. I wanna get into engineering (automotive engineering, preferably regarding performance vehicles). I know mathematics, physics, and material sciences are very crucial, but I'm not very good at math (mainly just algebraic calculations). I'm in high school and know that big decisions re coming up real soon. I wanna know what exactly is expected of any engineering courses since I truly think your one of the most entertaining engineering channel (yes better than engineering explained. rip if you don't know) and that I trust that you are a fully professional engineer. Though you're of the civil engineering branch, I still want to know the basics of excelling in any engineering courses in the future. Thank you so much.
Don't overthink it, if you think that's what you want to into then go for it and try your best at those subjects. I'm a firm believer that anyone can do any course as long as they put the effort in, don't worry about ability as that comes with time and practise.
so was anyone else going to tell me that sinking simulator was free, or was I just supposed to find out today by watching a channel that I didn't know about until last night?
That time when even an engineer get nervous himself in answering water bucket questions. I mean, me too don't think that A will fill up that high due to flow limit.
The skyscrapers fall because of waves, the water displaces the material and when it goes back to true the weight is already over to one side causing a fracture to form and once that's formed well now you've got catastrophic failure. (this is my guess as a psychology major)
I’m curious about the US Armed Service Tribute playing in the background 😂
Its part of the game
We didn't add it, it's literally the in-game music 😅
@@RealCivilEngineerGaming Yeah it confused me for a while when I first started up the game

20 seconds in, he’s already sunk a whole ship. His genius is almost frightening
His genius is truly frightening
"Wavy flappy happy arm man" - My newest and most favorite way to refer to those things!
Almost as amazing as the german term for this: 'wackelarmiger Windhosenkamerad' ... well... I admit, it's not the official technical term for them ;)
Same
"wacky waving inflatable arm-flailing tube man!"
Crudely painted, not so funny, plywood cutout folk art!

The lack of shafts and balls is disconcerning. Great video, tho! Cheers!

This video gives me a sinking feeling....
I'll see myself out...
**Chuckles**
Joke didn't really sink in
Watching that bridge wobble and go down at 6:27 was really cool especially with the explosion. Please more sinking of bridges!
RCE: "Shouldn't show that one... a bit soon."
Me: It's been 20 years! (next month)
Oh nice.
One of my favorite creation is the floating city, it's just massive.
The workshop is also full of nice creation.
I'd love to see more.
2:13 not so sure about that one chief

Try saying that one three times fast.
props to the editor, good job

Can't wait 30 seconds before destroying everything!
Typical civil engineer
Best engineer that has ever surfaced the planet Earth

You have mistaken this toy for a game. Games require obstacles to overcome or competition. Without those, it is merely a toy.
Lol this sounds right on par with a RCE video 😂 love it
Hey I’m earlie
This game would be fun to play for all of 30 minutes
i like the phyisics of that game :o
This game is the best when you want a lot of fun in a short amount of time

This game is a lot of fun to play around with personal experience here haha but I love the engineer perspective
There's just so many cool sandbox-ish games I had no clue about.

I hope this game gets more popular, i heard the developers were hit hard by the virus finance wise. Hopefully people will be able to help them.
I love your content so much
RCE hitting that Marine Corps Hymn in the background while sinking ships... legendary
listen in the background hes playing the millitary songs for each branch
So the game just plays Halls on Montezuma in the background? Interesting
2:13 how historically ironic, the south tower is falling first 😐 😑 😐

Wow if someone become a patron of you
You will know they by name that is impressive
The high pitch sound when you are speaking slowly making my head dizzy
