Very beautiful 💖 I would restore the new kitchen back to a bedroom , I prefer the original kitchen anyway. Love that there is a safety fence in front of the water .

The property isn't huge the land is, which is not unusual in many parts of France. Seems that your paying for the land more than the house given the size comparison and it doesn't even have a swimming pool unless it's possible to swim in the lake.
