I remember about 15yrs ago saving for a guitar; every time I got a pristine banknote I would put it into the guitar fund. I got a Hagstrom D2F once I had saved enough and I love this guitar.
Cool take on GAS, I watched a few of your videos and really enjoyed the content.
Here before the premiere. This looks interesting!!!
Thanks. Good advice.
Thank you for your tips! Very insightful!
One that I would add, which is kinda related to your #7, #8, #9 and #10, would be:
"Don't stretch your budget or go for the more expensive option simply because people tell you "You get what you pay for", if you're not 100% sure it will serve its purpose better than the more affordable one."
G.A.S. is driven by FOMO (fear of missing out). FOMO feeds on anxiety, uncertainty and doubts.
Great point! I totally agree. I think we all struggle with trying to figure out whether we really need THE ITEM that the cool kids on CZcams insist that we have, whether it's an amp, a mic, a computer. That's a good topic to delve into deeper.
