The've had no-life cheaters up all the way in fpl-c where one had over 4000 matches behind him, worst part is that he was part of a crew with other players who were equally as no-life and they even manipulated results to get one of their friends into fpl. They mostly use simple cheats like radar and are OK players to begin with so they are really hard to catch.

There are couple of reasons one is that you pointed out, second one is more coplicated (i think nothing/snax/byali were talking about it), you can be so so player with major tricks.
For example there are many top 100 faceit players who only play one map (not happening in pro) and they just know every wallbang, flash, smok and timings, they know so many tricks and off angles that they will have advantage vs casual player but when you play vs pro teams they look at demos and analize every player, there will be no "suprise advantage", they will know where and how you play off angles and what you do in ecos, they will prep for your flashes and make 2vs1 ect.
To put it simple "you cant fool pro teams in turnaments as ez as casual gamers who dont prep for match and dont have perfect team play".
You can fool pros one, two times and then the whole pro sceen knows about you and are preping for it.
Without unexpexted tricks they are just good players but not pros
