I am going to definitely try those clover rolls but going to get a little extra with them and roll each little ball in sugar and cinnamon before baking. I feel like it will make a great breakfast treat for my husband's work crew.
I just made these for xmas dinner. Great recipe, thank you. I par-baked some to bring to friends and stuck some in the fridge after forming the balls and before the second rise. We will likely also bake these tomorrow. Otherwise freeze and bake in the next few days when hot rolls fresh out of the oven are a real comfort on cold days.

They’re delightful ♥️ we have not Par-baked these rolls before, but we don’t see why not! We have frozen this dough before and it was easy! If you ever freeze, just thaw and allow to rise before baking! Hope you enjoy 🫶🏽

Is it possible to make this with less sugar? My family aren’t fans of sweet rolls! These look amazing!
These are not super sweet. But you can use 2 Tbsp of sugar and 1 1/2 Tbsp salt for for non sweet hot rolls. Happy baking 💕 Steph
