Fantastic location, the garage is a priceless accessory. I would explore the potential for an additional rooftop deck on the very top which I think would offer even better views.

@@bngr_bngr If you buy a house worth that much you probably gonna use the outdoor space alot + entertain people. But all those gatherings gonna have 30 eyes on you cuz 10 houses can see the entire backyard.
Apparently, some people don't mind. As for me, I would rather spend less money on the house and more on a piece of land where I felt I had a bit of privacy.
