Thanks! I tried both and ended up on Circle (even though I bought a lifetime membership to Heartbeat a while back). I just love all Circle's features and functionality. Plus they have great support in their community.

I decided to use Mighty Networks instead of Circle because of its much higher storage capacity. Mighty Network's lowest plan allows 250 GB and includes the Live Stream feature.
Very cool! I have heard mixed things from people who use mighty networks. Some love it and others don't. I haven't personally tested it for myself.
Thanks for the video Galen, it has been very helpful. I wanted to ask you:
- How can shared content be protected?
It happens to me that I do my lives through zoom, and when I upload the recording of my content as a post, it has the option of being downloaded. I have investigated and there are no privacy options in this area.
The only way I found to prevent the download is by uploading it in a lesson space, which is not yet available to access from the mobile app.
Do you think that if I did the live through Circle it would give me more options for taking care of the content?

I saw a few posts about this in the Circle community and I believe they were working on a fix. I currently upload my course videos directly and use Loom for my main community videos since I record them with Loom anyway. I have a code I add to my loom embeds that disables download option. You could also use Vimeo I believe as a workaround. But I would definitely reach out to Circle's support team to see if this is working natively now. Hope that helps!
Thank you for the video and I just subscribed! I have a few questions about member discussions. If a member cancels their membership, will what they wrote in the discussions go away? Will their picture remain? Will it say "past member" or something like that? Thank you.
Great question! Their posts remain in your Circle community, but if you click their profile, it says that user no longer exists.

So would you recommend it for building courses or not? I love the community access but I also want to host my lessons and assignments on one platform.
100% yes! I currently use Circle for one of my courses and am moving another one over to Circle shortly. Since I've made this video they have added a lot more features directly related to hosting courses.
What a great video! What if we send a daily text to all our clients example : (first name) how are you today? would that be a feature I could do? I am currently paying an app for this but it is costing a ot and with the new laws, some messages are being blocked...
No text messaging abilities that I know of, but definitely the ability to send automated DM's in Circle using their new business plan!

Regarding Circle's Mobile App have you encounter the problem with audio or podcast get's cut-off when phone screen locks? Is there a way they could continue listening to the audios even when their phone screen is locked, I even embedded the podcast but still doesn't work.
Ooh good question! I haven't experienced this but I will test it again.
Thanks for the video! Is it possible to put the discussions into different sub-topics, so more like a forum? I am in a circle membership and find it quite confusing that ALL the posts are under one discussion tab instead of different tabs for different topics. Trying to use circle myself but that's a bit of a letdown.
You can make different discussion topics which I find helpful and I love that you can easily search topics you find interesting. I would love the ability to use subtopics and I hope they add this soon.

Does this also replace your need for a course platform like Kajabi? Or do you host your courses on an additional platform?
How do new potential members find you since this is a platform outside of social media? Can you send group emails from this platform that you have designed and written, similar to what you can do from an email provider service?
Great questions! Circle does not replace an email service provider. I add people to my ConvertKit account at the same time I add them in Circle and send branded and designed emails there. Circle does send updates to my members in the form of a weekly digest, or depending on the space notification settings, anytime I add content and pin it to the top of a space. For marketing, I use channels like my blog/website SEO as well as Instagram and CZcams. You can also have public spaces and posts within Circle if you’d like to give people a taste of your community before they join. Hope that helps!
I'm looking for a community platform that allows LIVE stream for ALL members I'm yet to find this platform most only let the host live stream. Can circle do this?
Try this:

Or you can remove the header using the code in this video and add a new section below it with just your logo :) That's probably easier. Almost like a false header.
