PCM Replacement: Plans A, B, and C

When a repair facility retains a job, it is with the hope that the necessary product is readily available. The question arises, "when traditional sources (even the OEM) are unable to provide a specific item, what other options are there to complete the work?"

To use a used pcm in a dodge it has to be reflashed to match the spec of the vehicle it is to be installed on, I am not sure of all info needed but the odometer reading must be correct.
