This is pretty uplifting though.. at first you stumble, but the engineer can mute your acoustic guitar as well, so the lesson here is that u2 might make you look good in the end... like you overcame those 3 chords in a triumphant muted guitar mirage of a performace. Got to give props However many kids went to this tour and decided to play an instrument after having seen this gimmick? Its lame and cringey but ultimately awesome I wouldnt say this would rank as one of the best performances either of this song or of u2's live performances. Musically this is pretty much at the bottom.. but thats mostly because of Bono's massacre of the lyrics and the very strained in bad taste ad libs. The girl, well.. she was just muted. Thats the cool part of the performance, actually.. suprisingly lol
