- This is the first of 5 journal entries I made as a new mom, soon after Ethel was born. Follow along as I share my thoughts and feelings on my “Going to Bed Dread”. My hope is that Mamas will be encouraged by this and that they will know they aren’t alone if they’re experiencing the same thing.

You are a sweet momma. Every momma has those feelings for sure. It doesn't get any easier with future children either. It is so worth every second of emotional and physical exhaustion. I have been blessed to have 3 babes in 4 years time and I have never in my life faced such a challenging 6 years now since becoming a mom. I am strong because of them for sure. You are doing great and you can tell that you love your baby so much.
Wow, WAY TO GO Mama!!! You are killing it and you are so strong! 3 babies in 4 years...I can just picture many sleepless nights 😂.

I had twins frist and no family I was only 17 !! I wish I got to enjoy being a mama !!😭 so now that my kids are grown I see myself watching videos like yours and it sure catches my eye i guess i see i missed out on so much better of a life and getting those times in to just liven and being patient with your kids and yourself it is such a different and pleasant experience seeing you and your family and i see you are a very strong happy woman !! Your baby is so beautiful and so happy so seeing the look on her face tells you are doing everything right!! God bless
I woke up a couple times to nurse my babies. This is such a short period of time even though I nursed them up to age 3. I miss it now❤️ I just couldn’t let them cry it out in the night. They have good self-esteem today. Also they are very kind teenagers.
Btw, you two look so alike! Extremely pretty!! Maybe it’s the demeanor that is similar and the eye and hair color too.
I have to share a story with you, a friend and her husband tried for a baby for 10 years with no success. After many rounds of IVF treatments, they decided to take the adoption journey, where thereafter they adopted a little baby boy. Not long after the adoption process took place, they conceived on their own. They are now the proud parents of two little boys, one whom was adopted and one biological their own. There are times when God works in mysterious ways. 💜

Delightful! Your gifted with writing, and story telling. The Lord chose the order in which you are currently living. There is a greater plan than you can imagine. Trust me she is your first but not your last. You aren't barren no matter what your experience or doctors report. Jesus Made all things possible. The Lord has an amazing plan. And I see a Lottle boy coming right on time. Faith! Speak Tge Word of God not facts on man. Faith moves mountains. Rest knowing The Lord's plans for you are greater than your own. They adopted their baby as a newborn, so would not have known if she was or wasn't special needs.
