How to Fix "Docker WSL 2 is not installed" (Simple Fix)

If you did not install WSL 2 before installing Docker, you will receive the WSL 2 installation is incomplete error when you try to start Docker.

The fact that docker doesn't fix this bug is super surprising...... not using docker anymore - goes to show how fragile the crap software is
