Preview: Hyundai Ioniq 6 Facelift (2025 Global launch)

In this video, we discuss the Hyundai Ioniq 6, which despite being only two years old, is getting an upgrade, and expected to launch in mid-2025.
South Korean publication ETNews reports that the new Hyundai Ioniq 6 will feature interior and exterior design updates and an increased battery capacity. The sleek, aerodynamic shape is expected to remain, with refined front bumpers, sportier wheels, and redesigned headlamps.
An N-Line model may be introduced, offering a sporty option, positioned between the SEL and Limited trims.Inside, expect a new three-spoke steering wheel, a revised HVAC panel with a ‘Sync’ button, and a single-panel design. The biggest change in the Hyundai Ioniq 6 facelift is expected to be the revised digital display, upgrading to the Connected Car Navigation Cockpit system with OTA capability, offering around 30 inches of display, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.
A redesigned center console with visible USB-C ports and physical buttons for seat and steering wheel heaters is also anticipated.The current 77.4 kWh battery, offering a 361-mile range, should be upgraded to an 84 kWh battery, extending the range to over 380 miles in the long-range RWD version.
A high-performance Hyundai Ioniq 6 N variant with 650 hp will debut in September 2025, as per ET News. The new Hyundai Ioniq 6 is expected to arrive in late 2025 or early 2026, priced between USD 38,000 to USD 51,000, with the Ioniq 6 N priced at around USD 68,000.

The Ioniq 6 N sounds like a super-fun variant. Also recall Hyundai considering a shooting brake model, which could be another opportunity for sales in Europe. Just dont make an off-road themed Ioniq 6!
