There is no need to throw Rabiot out. His contract at Juve expired and now he is a free player. But, I agree, let's forget about Rabiot and save a lot of salary money.

In season 2001/02 (the season to remember) Juventus had Marcelo Lippi back at Juve and then we saw Buffon, Thuram and Nedvad along with Marcelo Salas. This is season is reminding me of that one which will remain my favourite Mercato year. This season we already have Tiago Motta, then there is Di Gregorio, Douglas Luiz and in a few days Khepren Thuram and 'maybe' Koopmeiners or Sancho. If we manage that, this season mecarto will be a close one to that of 2001/02.
I wanted a statement from Giuntoli and he’s well on his way to giving me just that. Very promising.
Similar if we talk about the type of players, not to quality. The current ones are far from the quality of those 4 we brought in 2002.

I disagree coz Sancho is not talented enough to play at Juve. Koop is not at Nedved status/talent. Thuram was a more gifted and defender than Calafiori. Buffon is bigger than Di Gregorio.
What happened to Huijsen going to Atalanta to help with Koop deal?
Juve is trying to get some teams competing for him as there is a lot of interest.
When I was a kid 20 years ago, it was Inter, AC, and Fiorentina that in trying to throw juve under the bus, sunk the whooooole ship aka calciopoly plus the doping scandle where Inter basically snitched on themselves lmao

I know Motta really want Calafiori and I think we should get him his main target. I really hope this is a Locatelli 2.0. Calafiori really needs to do everything for Bologna to sell him to Juve. I don’t know how Bologna is mad at Motta. His contract ran out and a bigger club gave him a contract offer. I don’t get how that is something that makes a club get furious at both the coach and the other club.
They just want more money for Calafiori. "We're mad at you" is the excuse for breaking the 27m agreement.

I'm predicting Rabiot will resign which will force us to give up on Koop. Just like Chiesa, the bigger offers are not coming in for the player.

I don't see why Rabiot looking at his options is a sin. He's still a top player and we should try to keep him. On the other side of the spectrum is Loca - Juventino but does not provide any value on the pitch.
I'd keep a quality player over one who claims to be one of us, or w/e, but it ends there.
I'd take the Sancho-Chiesa deal. Just need to lower that wage.
In my eyes… Rabiot was mostly second best in the mezzala position to McKennie and he never played in Loca’s role to be judged accordingly in comparison. Nobody gave the defensive stability Loca did imo. We were starved for offensive help out of the middle but in Max’s setup it’s almost always on mezzala’s. Two part issue. How Max used Rabiot and our mids and them on their own accords but I’m not tied to anyone. Whatever the club decides I’m fine with… but Rabiot’s game is exhausting tbh. He ain’t that good imo
Rabiot can make his choice for me he has shown enough for that. He looks at offers if real madrid offers alot more and he makes the move its ok for me, if he stays it also ok for me. The player and Juve have an agreement in place. A club actively seeking someone else even if the player won’t accept is ridiculous. Take your deal and move on and strengthen your squad with volunteers not hostages. 🤷🏻♂️
Also, those sides should realize that the big teams being strong as possible and keeping the talent in Italy actually benefits them too in the grand scheme of things.
