its town at the Baltic sea in Lithuania.... Palanga its just name of the town without any meanings LOL

meaning is: Langas = window in lithuanian language. "Po" = beneath in lithuanian language. Palanga = beneath window. "Window" is a refference to window to the sea. Since Lithuania doesnt have wide "window" to the sea, its very meaningful name.
