It’s easy to have a good hairstyle. Keep the hair long on top. The video should have stopped after cutting the back and sides, which was done ok. Maybe trim the top a bit with scissors and thinning shears. Just don’t use the electric clipper directly on top for anything other than a buzz cut aka 寸頭.
I get that you’re trying to show how to do haircuts using the clipper only, but if the longest guard is a #8 it’s not long enough for most hairstyles. Better just leave the top alone.
I didn't think the cut was that bad. I wouldn't really call it a business cut, more like a beginner level DIY cut. I think the lady could do a better cut, but she just wants to keep it simple.

My boyfriend must wear a very short haircut as demanded by his female boss. Therefore he gets shorn regularly by myself. I use a Wahl Clipper because it's easy to handle. Within five minutes my boyfriend is shorn as demanded. Perfect.
My wife does the same to me because my female boss is also very strict and expects male employees to be properly buzzed. So every two weeks I get shorn to look as it is right and proper.
Yes, female bosses can be quite strict when it comes to male's haircut. But I think it's absolutely necessary. Otherwise males would wear girlish long hair, and that is out of place.

As HR manager of a hospital I attach great importance that all male employees get regularly shorn very thoroughly. Every two weeks there are coming four uniformed female barbers who do that to make sure that they look clean and neat. Of course it's different with female employees. That's out of question. They have an innate privilige to wear their hair long because it's part of their femininity.
