Jeremiah makes a Portuguese meringue dessert called pudim Molotov (also called pudim molotof or pudim das claras). This dessert is like eating a cloud. It's an excellent way of using up egg whites which Portuguese bakers always find themselves with an abundance. It is a baked caramel flavored meringue.

Thank you! You're absolutely right! My family calls it Molotov as well or pudim das claras. Whatever it's called it's so delicious, right?

Why can't Americans pronounce caramel properly? It's caramel, not cormel.
