He recorded it at Tunesmith Studios in Nashville, TN and featured Rob Ickes and Trey Hensley on some songs. Brad Benge engineered the sessions and Neighborhoods Apart did the filming.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Tommy Emmanuel twice in Dallas. Introducing both my daughters to his music has been wonderful and to those that haven't had the pleasure to see him in person. Do yourself a favor and seek him out. His talent and love for the instrument comes out in every note he plays.
I'm just guessing here, but I think I can tell that Tommy wasn't feeling so great that day. He was hanging on to his great tunes, as he use to say.
His humanity amazes me.
He is one of us. And we are all blessed with it.
Tommy is the greatest of them all. Including Hendrix, the legend.

Blood Brother is really an amazing piece of music!!...
I remember going to see Tommy at the Hurstville manor hotel in the early 80s. He said hello to me when he was on a break and i remember being blown away by not only his ability but his humility. Next time I saw him he was rocking Dragon with his boogie at Armidale Uni. He will always be one of my most admired guitarist in the world. His brother too was a humble man but a legend.
