    You guys prob won’t read this comment BUT after seeing this video and watching your podcast, I have become a much much better person/husband/father while doing Nordic exercises. No jive at all! I’m really thankful to still do this at 45. I could not do one at first but past few months and hard work I’m now at 5 and I weigh 260. Now my sons can do tons of them around 15 but they are all under the age of 13. So again, THANK you for all the content!🙏🏿🏋🏾‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️⚡️⚡️🤝

    Hey Great Videos!
    And as I'v heard, The EKG studies do say seated hamstring curls ARE better for hamstring growth becuase the muscle is being further stretched by the hips being locked at a near 90 Degree angle in the chair.
    This stretches the hamstrings further through the curl motion cuasing it to work at more stretched and lengethned position, recruiting more muslce fibres and being more demanding on the hamstrings.
    Also The LYING leg curl CAN involve hip flexion as you push your knees into the bench to curl the hamstrings, which can slightly take away from the isolation of the hamstrings.
    BuT Both machines are great and have there place :)

    • @ronroyce6
      @ronroyce6 Před 2 lety +13

      It'll definetely carryover to your Deadlift the same way a glute ham raise does especially if your weakness is just below the knees in the midrange. Not so much direct squat carryover but this'll definetely keep you in the game for much longer and ensure you're mobile enough to keep lifting over the years thus giving you more years in the iron game so possibly a better total in general if you still train properly

    Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item czcams.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
