Nice review JB! GM needs to get the 10 speed trans in the gasser and make optional gearing available. I have a 2020 L5P / 10A. The trans has been phenomenal. Something missed in your review you may not be aware of. When coupling to a trailer, when you select the “zoom hitch view” the e brake will set automatically when the trans is shifted to park so the truck doesn’t roll out of position. It will then automatically release when shifted into gear and throttle is applied. You can see the feature in this video...
czcams.com/video/FC8UxWKjWXE/video.html
Ron thanks for sharing! I pushed the button but didn’t hear the brake activate and it’s because they were already set to your point 👍🏾
I just got a 2021 L5P and I think the parking brake auto setting is my favorite feature. Looks like GM had some engineers that actually tow working on this truck.
I see GM is dropping 10 speed availability for 2021 models. gmauthority.com/blog/2020/12/2021-gmc-sierra-5-3l-v8-and-10-speed-automatic-combo-axed-from-sle-and-elevation-trims/
It looks like for lower trims 👍🏾
Great review, I think for most people, unless you are towing heavy in the mountains everyday, a gasser is sufficient and a lot less maintenance than the diesel. No argument that a diesel is better for economy or torque, just feel most people don't need it that often to justify the higher expense.
Excellent review! I just picked one up in the AT4 trim this past week. Love it so far. PSA for anyone interested GM as well as other manufacturers have recently placed restrictions on certain packages, and options due to chip shortages etc… So if you want one with censors, and other luxury options you’ll have to wait possibly a year according to the many GM managers I spoke with. The truck is amazing even if it doesn’t tell me when I need to stop haha.
I pull trailers daily. I wouldn't run more than 70 pulling a trailer of any weight. I typically run 65 and stay in the slow lane. You can have a million horsepower put it doesn't stop any better than 100 horsepower.
Best common sense statement I’ve seen on a tow video. Not many people think about how a 7k lb vehicle will stop 25 or 30 thousand pound load.
Yeah I saw someone running close to 80 in a 65 towing a large john deere tractor in the rain. Either he drives that fast often or he needed to find a bathroom cause he was rolling. His trailer was fish tailing too.
I’m going to do the same as you. Sometimes I tow 9500lbs up to 75-77mph. Not doing it anymore.
@@jasonglaze7874 trailers have brakes too guy.
Hints why it's a horrible idea to pull 1/2 trucks with overweight trailers. 1/2 tons can pull much more then rated for. Stopping the thing in emergency situations is risky business. Great comment man.
First time seeing one of your videos. This is THE best / most thorough truck / towing review I have seen, and I watch a lot of truck reviews. I always wished someone would show the kind of detail you go into! Nice job! Subscribing for sure!
Thank you for the feedback/sub and I’m glad the info was helpful 👍🏾
I just use a 7/4 adapter on my 98 Suburban. It works fine. The only 4-pin connection I ever use is a rental utility trailer. The mirrors are a plus. I have a similar set and I love the backup light feature, and mine also have the turn signal LED's.
This is a great, real world review. I’m glad you red-lined the engine like that
Your exactly right about long wheel base trucks pulling trailers better.
Great video. When I was shopping for the 2021 2500 hd your video was a big help. I know you covered the 2020. Out of all the truck vides I seen, I enjoyed your video the best man. Even tho I have a new truck I'm looking forward to new reviews.
Thanks Travis 🙏🏽
My 2020 GMC Duramax shows trans temp and fuel mileage on the 8 inch screen when you set up the trl info and tracks it every time you hook up. The 10 speed transmission is awesome also.
Thanks, I can’t wait to test one! Hopefully I will get footage soon 👍🏾
Thank you JB for doing this video. I have 2020 regular bed same 6.6 gas motor and it is amazing. Finally someone has given this motor some justice it pulls great for a gas motor. I'm pulling a 27 foot camper around 6500 lbs empty. Loaded with family and camper gear it's a perfect match. Had a half ton that struggled pulling . Look forward to more videos on the 6.6 gas motor . I realize this doesn't compare to a diesel but for a gas motor it's pretty amazing.
This engine is stronger than the 6.0 and I hope GM decides to add more gears to help it run lower RPM’s, thanks 👍🏾
I hope it will pull my 38 foot 10k trailer alright…
Great video, you answered lots of my questions about the 6.6 gas motor. I'm now a subscriber.
Good review! Straight to the point, didn't miss too many details, and very informative. Let's cross our fingers that Chevy puts that 10 speed in the 6.6 gasser in 2022👍🏻
Thanks Danny!
No, the 6 speed is proven to be long lasting that 10 speed isn’t, the 6 speed is great and does the job of what it’s supposed to.
A great video to see the updates from the 2015's & the big small block's performance. Am curious how an older big block would do & if would be able to do a test with an 8.1L vortec. Keep up the great work
Thank you! I'd like to understand more about the trailer gain adjustment and manual assist know that you squeeze together.
Also, go over the Trailer mode vs. Manual shifting. Please?
Very good detail on the review. I’ve been considering that new gas engine since I have to have a car and truck with my 2011 Duramax would be beat up from my short commute to work. I need to tow too.
Anyway, great detail and video. Thanks
Thanks for your feedback bro 👍🏾
Nice review on this truck. I’m considering this one as well. I’m looking at the Ram 2500 with the 6.4 Hemi as well as the Ford F-250 with the 7.3 Godzilla. I know I do want Ford to pull a 5er that has a dry unloaded weight of around 9300 lbs. But I’m not sure if I want the Hemi or the Chevy 6.6 gasser to use as a everyday driver and put it to work every so often.
Great review bud..I LOVE my 2020 3500 cab and chassis gasser..I tow 10,000 almost everyday and it's a beast...Waay better than my 15 cab and chassis with 6.0..I'm very happy with it...everything but ior radio
Thanks for sharing 👍🏾
Good review. You actually towed with the vehicle. Most reviews just show how nice the paint job is and call it quits lol.
Thanks lol!
Looking at new HD pickups. Want a diesel so bad but...to damn expensive. Just ridiculous if you can't utilize it all the time to justify the cost. Found two new GM HD's close to me to check out. And I can option them up more with the savings of going gas instead of diesel. Glad I went back and checked your video out again.
Ford hit a home run on their Godzilla 7.3, it is a very strong engine and can handle so much hp (1,400 from what I last heard). Not that it's "Better" or "Worse". I look at it like 'The Big-3' are kicking Ass in their own way. Great that they're keeping the ole' V-8s alive.
I have the 2020 Gmc Denali 6.6 gas. Love this truck. I have a travel trailer fully loaded 8500lbs. I do use a weight distribution hitch but I use it as it has a built in anti sway system. The truck drives very comfortable especially over Dodge and Ford. Something missed in review was turning radius, GMC doesn’t require a football field to turn around. I daily drive mine because of this. As far as the infotainment system it just works. I’m not sure on this trim level when you change lanes the screen will show the camera view of that lane.
Great review, thank you.
Thanks for sharing this Tim, I never think to test turning radius 👍🏾
I bought a 2020 2500hd last July and love it. Had a 2014 Chevy 2500 before it and its night and day difference. I believe the 2020 also weighs like 1800lbs more with a bigger cab n longer wheel base.
You are correct, thanks for sharing 👍🏾
Man, it was a great review.. so professional ..congrats
Thank you . Your reviews are superb 👌.
This was a great review brother! I’m so happy to see a 6.6 gasser. I’m almost positive now I’ll end up with my first ever Chevy. The 3500 6.6 gas dually with the 8 foot bed. The truck campers I’m looking at will be under 4K pounds loaded, so the dually gasser would be plenty of truck for it. This video just confirms some things for me. Because I really don’t want to buy a diesel 🤣 brilliant review brougham 👍🏾
Ditto ALL OF THIS! 👍🏼
Thanks bro! I was extremely happy with the performance of this rig and as you saw, it has plenty of power pulling my almost 10k trailer even up grades
Very impressive truck. Really good review
Thanks Greg!
Great review. Beautiful truck!
Thanks bro 👍🏾
just bought one, 6k on it ,pull trailers , love it
Straight digging it, doing well with load too
Solid video 👍. People hate on the interior but I like it. Not that it’s basic but it’s just a simpler approach to the interior, camera resolution is top notch.
Agree....function and really what do you need in a vehicle when you have a phone and iPad next to you anyways....ease of use, clear, responsive and most of all no headaches!.....think all of em have plenty wish GM would do a info upgrade like ram does for any trim level.....but afterall it's just a car not your home
@riding with Russo thanks 👍🏾
Great review, as always! There's just something about the GM Infotainment system that feels like my toddler's "LeapPad" tablet. I know that's a small thing on these HD trucks compared to performance, but if I had to stare at it and touch it every day, I'd lose my mind.
😂😂😂! Hey, if you have at in the RAM with the 12”, hard to overlook these things! Thanks for sharing 👍🏾
Very well done review! I just bought a 2021 GMC HD and LOVE it!! The 6.6 gas has a lot more power than my 2015 6.0. While I wish GM did add the 10 spd, at least I know the 6 spd is damn near bulletproof.
Thanks for sharing 👍🏾
Is it the 6spd Allison in them?
@@coreysadventures963 no the only gas that had the alison was the 8.1
I'm glad it doesnt have the 10 speed. They shift too much
The 6 speed is plenty good enough and is long lasting and a common trans , that 10 speed is a ticking time bomb and when it does break its going to cost a significant more compared to that 6 speed breaking.
Good info, I’m currently shopping for a 2500 to tow my camper.
Ive had one as my new utility truck since February, and i really have no complaints other than the trans having rough downshifting to 1st when coming to a stop
Thanks for sharing this!
Nice review
I got one in June of 2020. I’ve always had diesels. But I can’t do modern diesels because of cost from purchase and then the emissions and
The emissions not only just drive purchase cost up but come with massive repair Bills as well
I’d say this truck is where diesels were at 15-20 years ago in terms of trailering capabilities
I was pleasantly surprised and don’t
Regret going with this motor. I’m sure the Ford Godzilla 7.3 would be a great option as well.
I’m ready for these manufacturers to start giving us diesel alternatives
Thanks for sharing this, good stuff 👍🏾
Moving on from a 2002 8.1 Allison extended cab pick up to a new 2023 2500hd crew just got it haven’t towed our 33 ft rv see how it goes
Awesome review JB. I think a lot of people have been looking for a good review of the Chevy/GMC 6.6 gasser. Thanks brother.

Thanks for the good review. I have a 2022 sierra 3500 on its way with the 6.6 gas. Hoping for a major improvement over my 2012 with the 6.0!
How have you been liking it. I just ordered same truck
I'm planning on buying on and this will help me decide if I'm going too. Thank you for the video!
@gregory debroka I'd say go for it, dude! I've got a 2021 2500 Custom 6.6L gasser. I got it in November. It's an absolute joy! 6.1k miles already. It's got a 36 gallon fuel tank. My drives to work are about 45 miles there and back home every day. So I spend about 60-70 bucks on fuel every week. It only gets 1 MPG less than my 2007 5.3L half ton. I got 16 in the half ton, and i'm getting 15 in this 6.6L gasser. It's got no AFM cylinder deactivation crap on it, and no fancy 8,9,10 spd transmission. It's got the same old tried and true 6L90E which has always been extremely reliable. It shifts great. Even though it's a 3/4 ton, it still rides WAY more comfortably than my 2007 half ton. So far I haven't had any issues yet.
Bet thanks man
Awesome, good luck 👍🏾
I bought the same but LT 2020 6.6 gasser 3 months ago and already put 25k on it. Its got good power! Way better than my previous 2015 1500 5.3 I had and put 340K on it. Very satisfied!
@@Deleteguest ditto my friend! I enjoy mine too and same results compared to my 2015 1500 5.3
Good review - the new trucks are crazy good.
Thanks Jeffrey 👍🏾👍🏾
Bought a 2020 Crew Cab 2500HD loved it but will trade back to a regular bed in 2022...I find it too hard to get thru curved drivethrus, turn arounds and too long in tight parking areas..also will wait for the 10 speed tranny
Last year I wanted to reset out this exact trim and truck option compared to my 2018 hd LTZ with the duramax. Drove the gasser around for 15 minutes asked for my keys back. It was a total slug going up a rolling hill in virginia, and just felt anemic. Thought about going from duramax to gas. But after that lackluster exp, ill stick with diesile from now until I lose interest in hd trucks
The truck has power but a 10 speed probably would have helped especially if you had a 4.10 rear. Diesel is still the viable option 👍🏾
I have the 2022 2500 HD Custom with 6.6L gas, and a we have a 2020 truck with the 6.6L diesel. It's a company truck and it's hauling 20-24ft trailers. The gas is doing 6mpg, the diesel is doing 12mpg pulling. Bought the gas because it was $20k less than the diesel model, and it's a back up to our diesel trucks. Because when a diesel breaks, IT BREAKS!
I Own This Truck & Boy This Truck Is For Grown Men Only. Lots Of Power & Many Usable Features. People That Speak Bad On It Don't Own One Or Can't Even Come Close To Paying Or Buying One. So Take It From The Big Boss Because SCARED MONEY DON'T MAKE MONEY 😎
Great video! finally a GM HD Truck with a large trailer! So, should we go for the long bed...or not? Will that have a big impact on the trailering stability? As for the 10 spd, can't wait to see what they do. GM, look for me in 2023!
Thanks! A longbed is ideal for stability however GM makes a 6’9” so wheelbase could be comparable 👍🏾
I had the 2020 2500 6.6 gas and it was great truck...needs a 10 spd but I just didn't need that much truck.....think GM Has refined the ride quality in HD the best and while maybe not best interior its functional...and I like physical buttons still...their diesel with 10 spd is probably best in class and overall just a solid truck.....they all have their faults but reliability, resale, durability, functionality and ease of use are top priority....miss my 2500 a bit but just didn't use it to its capacity and Carvana paid "too well"
Im still rolling the 2004 2500hd 8.1/allison best truck ive ever had. Love to see an honest comparison of these two... i still think the 8.1 low rpm torque will not be beaten
You live close to MD?

Thanks Paul and I can confirm it’s miles better! I wish I could have taken it on the same road but I’m sure more will pop up!
Not sure about that!!! 6.0 is badass
An 8-speed really would be a great option, but also, they’ve been using that 6-speed for years and it’s very reliable. I can live with sacrificing a little performance for proven reliability. I can’t wait to buy mine in a few months. Hoping that they will have some good year end discounts. God bless you and great review 👍 Already thinking about an engine tune and the add-a-leaf spring on the rear suspension. These seem to be common concerns, but at least there are cheap options to address these issues. We’ll see how she tows my trailer and gear first.
Thank you, God bless you as well 👍🏾
You won’t be disappointed. I finally got mine in last week. Unfortunately I had to compromise so luxury options I would’ve preferred because GM has put restrictions on packages. I went with the 2500 HD AT4 6.6 gasser. Couldn’t be more happy. According to the manager that has always been honest with me in past dealings there will likely not be many rebates or deals for at least 6-8 months, and restrictions will probably go on for at least that long. You might want to put an order in for one if you want something specific, but even with orders you won’t get it like you want until the restrictions are lifted you’ll just be ahead of the rest of the pack to get yours. Another option is to do like I plan. Get a truck now, and take advantage of the great trade-in offers later when more options become available. The used car market will be in high demand much longer than the chip shortage. Best of luck, and God bless you.
Good year end discounts, they cant even get trucks on the lots and are 5k over MSRP
Did anyone else notice the shifts when he was doing the hard acceleration? It almost seemed like the clutches were slipping. The transmission would shift, set the low rpm, climb rpm just for a split second then you can hear the engine lower rpm for about that same amount of time, then it would raise rpm again and go through the gear.
The 2016-2019 gauge cluster high end trucks LTZ, High Country, SLT, Denali have much more style.
I am inclined to agree that this is definitely a good truck. However if it had an 8-speed or even a 10-speed trans with maybe 4.10s it would do a lot better and maybe even as good if not better than Ford 7.3 gasser. I didn’t think that the trans temp looked hot though, seemed about normal to me. I honestly wish I could just buy the Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi 4.10s, the Chevy 2500hd 6.6 gasser 3.73s, and the Ford F-350 7.3 gasser all at the same time lol. Will definitely be looking at getting into the Ram soon though. The F350 will come later as well as a 5er. Good videos keep up the good work man.
I feel the same way sometimes lol! Thanks for sharing 👍🏾
Great review
Thanks bro 👍🏾
Great video JB! Like you said, if they put a 10 speed in it, you’d have a well setup towing machine.
Come down to Charlotte and you can do a video on my 2021 LT Duramax!
Thanks bro, my sister lives out that way so if I plan any trips, I will have to bring my trailer 👍🏾
Bro, are you a salesman? Because I drive a '19 L5P, and you got me thinking about a gasser, ha ha! Seriously, a good review. As always, you got a good camera and a good microphone so we can hear the engine and see the gauges. Agreed on the long bed. Hard to beat the stability and ride, and being able to haul more stuff is a plus, too.
I’m not but used to be, thanks for sharing 👍🏾
Good review and since I'm in the market I've been curious about how the gas engine compared to the Duramax. I really want the diesel but it sure costs more, maybe I don't need it. I saw the tow caps; did you say what your trailer weighs as you towed it?
Thank you, it’s just at 10k in the video 👍🏾
That new 7.3 gas is a monster i haven’t been tempted to buy a gas engine in a LONG time
I agree! I’m hoping someone traded one soon so I can take it up some grades!!!
Super job with your video A+
Thanks Ken 🙏🏾
You have some really good reviews. I’m torn between changing my 2013 Ram 1500 (Laramie with 6.4 bed) for a new Silverado 1500 with the 6.2 or just going to a 2500 (either Ram or Chev). I love my Ram, but with only 1044 lbs payload my 6800 lb 33’11” trailer is overloading it by a bit. Still feels good, and I don’t get the squat that a lot of Ram owners get (sits level with only 1.3” drop in back - axle weight in front is within 60-70lbs as unloaded with WDH). This 6.6 litre on the 2500 looks tempting though!
Thank you! Keep in mind Chevy has a small fuel tank without an upgrade on the 1500’s so it may make sense to step up to an HD if you’re towing a lot 👍🏾
New 1500s have more payload then your 1044 pounds to
Very good review. 👍
Thank you Paul 👍🏾
I have one of these trucks. Pulling a 9000 pound toy hauler camper when loaded. Pulls it way better than the half ton it replaces. I just don’t need the diesel and ten speed transmission! I have a 2020 with the 6.6 gas , and I have owned a 2018 Duramax , and I cant tell no difference. the 6.6 gas , is fine for pulling, think of it this way, in the 70's 80's and 90's we pulled the same weight with old 454 boat anchor engines. I will not waste my money for the diesel again. plus my Dooley empty gets 16.8 mpg with me driving 68 mph. my Duramax would only get 18 MPG. AND IT SUXED 9-12 PULLING A TRAILER. The 6.6 gas will 9-12 with a trailer as well. but it is 10k cheaper.
If they upgraded the transmission it would be a contender. I looked at one before I bought my Ram 6.4.
💯
I have a 2018 GMC 2500 and tow an RV with it. I have never had my transmission temperature over 185 degrees! You had to be beating that truck to get it over 200 degrees especially in the winter weather. Great review though.
New trucks are supposed to run hotter. Rule of thumb from the mechanics are as long as it's not hotter than your oil temp your good. People lost their minds when toyota took out the trans coolers on the new trucks
Great review.

You should try a gmc 5.3 sometime to see if it’s different from the Chevy at all. Great review

Looks like the truck did well. The Ford Gas 7.3 will probably make this truck feel slow. Looking forward to your Ford test and also a Gas Titan XD with the 9 speed.
Yea I think GM made a mistake mating this to the 6 speed and Ford’s offering has more power/gears. I hope I can do them soon!

I found it odd that they called it an Allison transmission since it isn't actually manufactured by Allison, it's only tested by them. To get the Allison manufactured automatic, you need to step up to the 4500+ trucks.
But should I get the standard box or the 8 footer..

Thank you! I’m not too sure but this one was used so thinking it was about $12k less than than a comparable new one 👍🏾
what size is your trailer if you dont mind me asking and nice reviews btw. im wanting to get an rv around 38 feet but can’t decide between travel trailers or 5th wheels. the 5th wheel just seems so tall that itll catch a lot of wind
My car trailer is 28 ft plus 5 foot tongue. A fifth wheel tow’s better in comparison since the weight is over the axles of the truck 👍🏾
6 Spd. Transmission facts below. First, very good review 👍. I own a 2020 6.6L gas as well in an LT Z71 package and in a Double Cab config. (big enough for me). Let’s jump right to the transmission; I could agree that a higher spd. tranny could translate into 1-2 mpg better overall. However feel confident that this specific 6L90 6spd. is virtually the same as the one in the ZL1 Camaro and Cadillac CTS-V. But they made this one more robust for the truck by beefing up the clutch pack and marrying the robust torque carrying components from their existing diesel torque converter to make for a stronger transmission and for the increased power the 6.6L produces. Here in Alberta (prairie and Rocky Mtn country with winters and industries like Gas & Oil), I experienced similar fuel mileage pulling my 31 ft. Toy Hauler in summer 2020. The engine produces 20% more torque all across the rpm range compared to the old 6.0L, all with 87 octane (sweet!). Industry 1st for an HD to have Direct Fuel Injection. There is more to be said, but... in summary, I really like my truck and it’s capability of payload (+3300) and towing and slightly longer box and longer Double Cab than the 2015-2019 version. I also appreciate the AutoTrac AWD transfer case for winter ❄️ driving. 👍🏆
Thank you for sharing this, really great info 👍🏾

Thanks, some good info here. Just purchased an 2500 6.6 gas AT4. I’m excited to put it to work.
Great review. Like others have said, GM needs to drop the 10 speed in the gassers. Instead, they give us a multifunction tail gate (GMC). Lol.
Great video.
Thanks, I agree but they don’t want to compete with the Diesel engine since people are starting to rethink diesel 👍🏾
not all gmc trucks have that tailgate, and even so, you can delete that option on the higher optioned trucks
No the 6 speed is proven and long lasting if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
I wish GM would put the 10spd in to fill in some of the gaps on WOT. The engine would not have to be wound out as much with a few more gears. I noticed a tremendous difference in that with the Ram 6.4 w/ ZF and 3.73s. Totally different truck. That said, I still don't believe the GMs deserve as much flack as the get, powertrain wise. Sure the Ford 7.3 is the current gasser champ, and the Ram 6.4 is a true workhorse now, but the new 6.6 was designed for heavy work.
Bro you hit the nail on the head!!! I didn’t mention but I felt like the engine was working so hard because of the gear ratios 👍🏾
The Chevy will last longer because it’s simpler plain and simple how a power train should be.
Hahaha "transmission is hot but it dont matter" haha run it man, good video
I'm surprised those don't have the self leveling air ride.
good review
Thanks 👍🏾
How does the Trans temp. Compare to other trucks?
If you skip the extra trailer camera option you will get a 4 pin connector.
Thanks for the info 👍🏾
GM really needs to use a newer 10 speed with this engine to keep it relative with the competition. The L8T should have a lot of potential. It's basically just a GEN5 LT based 6.2L with a little longer stroke, lower compression, iron block, no AFM/DFM crap, and no engine start/stop crap either.
Even if the Allison 10 speed costs more than GM wants to spend for this engine the automatic Camaro ZL1 uses the 10L90 which is a beefed up version of the 10L80 used in the other 10 speed GM 1/2 ton trucks, SUV's and cars. The 80 and 90 #'s are torque ratings that the trans is rated to support. The 10L90 is a very good and strong transmission that might be up to the task of handling what this truck is rated to do.
Thanks for sharing, great info 👍🏾
I'm divided on the 6-speed versus 10-speed. The 6-speed is proven but this gasser with a 10-speed would be quicker and likely a better performer all around. Maybe GM could keep the 6-speed as standard equipment but offer the 10-speed used on the Duramax as an option? That 10-speed seems well sorted and would certainly be strong enough.
I appreciate the work involved in putting together these reviews. Although a lot of these have 4x4 and I realize you're focused on towing it would be nice to get comments from their owners on how they ride and perform on bumpy dirt roads. Thanks man
In time I can probably find some trails big enough for my truck but I would have to find viewers trucks to take off road since dealers won’t appreciate me doing that. Thanks 👍🏾
Understood. Bad logging roads aren’t maintained like most county clay roads so they’re going to put more wear and tear on any truck over time. Thanks
Oh man! That black long bed looks great in front of your black trailer! Shew. You’re making it rough on me buddy! That’s basically what I’d look like going down the road if i had a black truck!
Nice review man. Looks like there is a significant difference between the old 6.0 vs this 6.6. I love my Duramax and the 10 speed is for real but I’d be tempted to save $10,000 if they would offer the 10 speed in this particular truck.
Haha! I was thinking about you sense we have the same trailer! Not gonna lie, my next truck might be dark like me lol!!!
This thing had power just about everywhere but it lacked the gearing that Ford/RAM give you in axle/more gears... hopefully they fix this sooner than later, thanks bro 👍🏾
😂😂
I like the Carhart package on the 2021s. But black is so hard to keep up lol. It does look great though. White has its flaws too. They show every spec of everything you pick up from the road. Red is my personal favorite.
Yea I’m probably gonna but another white RAM but Darker reds look good with blackout 🔥
Had mine for 6 months now. I tow about 15k pounds with my work trailer setup. I have zero problems, trans stays at the perfect temp. I can accelerate smooth and braking is safe. I think everyone who owns one agrees we need that 10-Speed and 4:10 gears but it’ll earn me enough money to buy me my next truck 5x over
If it has that kinda power pulling a trailer I bet it has really decent power unloaded.
Yup, I need to do another video on a 2022 👍🏾
That's my thought. I don't tow often but do carry heavy loads in the bed. I wonder how it rides and handles on dirt logging roads?
