I tend to save my really special perfumes for the weekends but during the week I still like to smell nice and these are my top picks. I would recommend wearing these daily because they aren't too flashy, they won't give you a headache and you probably won't get sick and tired of them. I also took price into consideration, these are all more affordable than some of the extreme luxury perfumes in my collection. xx

I've been wearing Ocean De Gioia for about a year now, and never fails, I get tons of compliments. It's so summery but I wear it even in the winter😅
How long does it last?
@@tp5805 on me, I would say about 6 hours, but I've had people bring it up to me around 8-9 hours after spraying it so I might have nose-blindness to it at this point. Either way, it's a really affordable option compared to most perfumes!

I think I had the same reaction when I smelled L'Imperatrice for the first time. It was also at Sephora & I fell in love with it so fast. It is such a perfect everyday scent! I'm so happy to see someone talking about it. It deserves the attention.

I was in Ulta today and tried a spritz of My Way on my wrist. It’s one I’ve been curious about for awhile, and didn’t disappoint. Can still get a hint of it almost 8 hours later, a bit of violet maybe.
So i bought the armani ocean today and OMG that smells so delicious it is definitely intoxicating but in a good way!
Finally someone spoke about Paris Venise, I love it, reminds me of Nivea creme with some luxury Chanel DNA

I absolutely love ❤️ Tom Ford Metallique! 🤩 One of my staple fragrances for Life. Its perfect for a snow day, it reminds me of walking through a pine 🌲 filled forest. It smells so good and wears best in cold weather!

Love your perfume reviews! I enjoyed this. You are the one who got me into MFK, and I've been ordering directly from the international site to the US since. BR did not agree with my chemistry (I have no idea why), but I've been loving Aqua Celestia Forte for day, and Oud Satin Mood at night (it seems to have replaced Dior's Oud Ispahan as my fave oud). Getting ready to order a bottle of Amyris Femme for spring! I've only had a few "blotter card" moments where I just have to have it. It's funny what personally appeals to each of us and others. Lovely recommendations!
Erin, I love this list! I have Dior Amber Nuit on my to buy list. I just purchased Her Burberry hearing reviews it smelled similar to Bacarat Rouge. I figured then i don’t use so much of my Bacarat. I’ve heard Montale Rose is very good so now that it’s on your list I’ll add to my list. I need to smell Armani My Way it sounds like something I would like. A great list that won’t break the bank. 😊❤️

HER by Burberry and Chanel Chance Eau Tendre have been my "go-to" perfumes for quite a while!! But after this video, and the way you described those scents really made me want to try some of them.

Great suggestions! I had Aqua di Ocean in my cart then took it out, but I might put it back again. Just my humble two-cents: wear whatever the heck you want, when you want, as much as you want. If this pandemic has taught us anything, certainly it has taught us not to take life for granted. Don’t limit yourself by ‘should’ s’ -just wear what you like and enjoy!

Absolutely loved this video. I need to go out and smell all of them. I was surprised that you didn't pick light blue, would you say you like L'Imperatrice more? Ive smelt the sun version of Giorgio Armani di Gioia and it was absolutely beautiful, Im very intrigued to smell the ocean one

D&G 3 L'emperatrice i have that bottle all the time i have used and emptied 4 bottles of it since i have discovered it, thats the only bottle of scent that is constant in my collection, thank you for the review you look pretty as always :-)

Ironic because my VERY FIRST bottle of "higher end" perfume I bought about 8 years ago was the Aqua de Gioia and it's been my fave ever since.😀

Urgh - still mad at myself for not picking up Les Eaux de Chanel Le Voyage containing three 50mls of Biarritz, Deauville & Venise! Haunts me every time I see one of them in a video. 🤦🏻♀️ I keep hoping I’ll come across a lonely box of them on a shelf in some department store as the price was great. They would have worked well in our Australian summer. People complain the scent doesn’t last but it isn’t supposed to - it’s to be sprayed every 2-3 hours as a pick me up from the heat, more like a cologne really. Great video, Erin, some lovely choices.
I didn’t know you are in Miami (so am I!). I agree with your view of Burberry Her for daily wear. It is so pretty and playful. It had to be my most worn fragrance for daily wear during summer.

Burberry Her is definitively not my scent, it smells on my skin like a burnt strawberry - if such a thing exists. My perfumes are Hot Couture edp by Givenchy for day wear, Dylan Blue and Dylan Turquoise for warm season and Addict by Dior for evening. At home I wear la vie est belle - I love the scent, but I don’t want to smell like everyone else. I want to expand my collection, looking for a light floral scent and something more sophisticated for special occasion.

Burberry Her is nice. It is a fruity floral. Sephora lists it that way. I’ve also seen it listed as a fruity gourmand. I also enjoy Ocean Di Gio, I am wearing that right now

Yes!!! Why more people don’t speak of TF’s Metallique is a mystery to me. It reminds me of the 70’s and it’s a signature scent for me. I also love Ambre Nuit. It smells like a sexy expensive gourmet sweet & salty potato chip to me in the best way. I love Coco Mademoiselle. I got it when it first came out and wore it for 15 years, so I got a bit burned out. I still love it though. So many people chased me down to get the name of that one. Some of the these I have not smelled. We have super similar taste in scents. I am so enjoying Bloom of Rose EDT. So classy and feminine. It lasts on me, especially on clothes. Macy’s has it on sale.
Great choice! However, Ambre Nuit is a no no blind buy, in my opinion, as it is very balsamic, thick and lipstick like rosy ambery scent though fruity notes give it more juiciness.
I would really love if you would touch more on the lasting power of these fragrances. Many people are tiring of the terrible staying power of fragrance today with all of the new IFRA regulations. Longevity is important.

Omg, Erin, I agree about My Way not being an adventurous fragrance. It’s very pretty and you could wear it every day. I also love Aqua de Gioia for summer, so I’ll have to smell the Ocean de Gioia. I must say that I have fallen in love with Chanel’s Le Lion. It smells like Shalimar, but a modern, updated Shalimar. It’s been so long since a fragrance rocked my world, and Le Lion certainly has. I will have to try some of the others on this list.

I would say Guerlain Samsara is the idol of all times, try it at least in a sample, it is not expensive now, but wow, classy!

Erin, I have a confession to make. I wear Coco Noir every day....during the day....to the office. I get 10 million compliments and I know this gorgeous fragrance intended for date night and evening affairs. Call me obsessed but that fragrance is just the most perfect for me and has become my signature. My Mon Guerlain and my Metallique just stare at me, waiting for me to spray the, but I keep going back to my Coco Noir 🖤 😂

I have the blooming bouquet by Dior too, and it doesn’t last. As soon as I apply it, it smells a tiny little bit and then the scent disappears. Very disappointing because I actually like the smell :/
