Many years ago, I was scanning the channels of our local cable provider then reached Arirang channel (CH 43) playing this program. I was guessing who is the choir singing. Then I remembered a choir we watched in CCP during one of two special afternoon field trips. It was in 1996. They were seated also in a semi circle position. Yes, it was the Madz, it is the Madz.

Sa tuwing nakikita ko ang mga performances ni ate olyne tabayoyong. Hindi ko maiwasang malungkot. Kasi namimiss ko ang mga turo niya sa amin. Istrikto pero may blending sa pagtuturo.

after ko manuod ng concert ng madz here in Bicol, i can really say na yung standard ng tunog ng madz ay well maintained up until now, iba talaga pag tunog madz, something na di mo talaga madidinig sa ibang choir. i may be biased here pero it's because im a huge fan😁

@@creutzfeldtjakob7 I think nakakakanta pa naman siya! Sabi niya nga na sapat na kung anong meron siya ngayon dahil nakakapagturo pa naman siya. Di na siguro kasing taas ng dati. Pero I agree, isa siya sa mga best center sopranos. Siya din fave kong Madz soprano! Super swabe lang ng boses niya noh? Lipad kung lipad!

Pag naririnig ko talaga yung part ng Circle of Life na may human trumpet di ko maiwasang hindi ma-goosebumps. The same feeling since the 2004 CCP comeback concert, if I remember it correctly. 😅
