@@Vandy-- It means that they've had terrible casualty rates and constant mission failures for as long as they've existed. The quote is about how even though they constantly get beaten and are well accustomed to defeat, they never let it stop them for good.
Also, I don't know if you've read the Manga or just watched the Show, but incase you haven't read the books Survey Corps is the same thing as the Scout Regiment. The name difference always causes a bit of confusion.

Eren Berserk's Theme is very cool, it's not the most spectacular, but listening to it reminds me of every scream of Eren's Attack Titan.

i must say, the portions of wings of freedom ost in the last ape titan cover was just fantastic, but it looked that you did not do much work in it, for i was just able to hear some new pieces and the rest of the attack on titan season4 x ape titan music. i just hope that this track is at a whole new level of awesome and we see something really epic coming through. For me,,, this berserk attack titan form holds the 1st place in all forms of eren.......... I really wanted to see more of berserk attack titan..... But sadly didn’t got to...... And i don't know why from all of the fights of attack titan from female titan to war hammer titan i still get the most goosebumps from this fight between attack titan and female titan ..... This fight also holds the 1st place for me from all of the fights of eren...... The ost, the ground breaking, the berserk attack titan, the despair look in female titan's face, the rage everything i love about it........
I remember when I first heard this song when the OST dropped. I used it in the gym to help me me pump up. This version here gave me them same goosebumps I had the first time heard it.

Yep, that's the one.
Maybe even the time Porco got upset in their first battle, after he found out what happened to Bertholdt. We don't know if this is just an Attack Titan ability, although it would make sense for it to be Attack Titan exclusive, given, well, its function and name.
However, if any of the others can achieve it as well, then the Jaws would likely be one of the only others besides the Attack Titan
