I recently started drawing, I wanted to buy makers , when I checked the prices of good markers , I was like damn I will stick to shading....
If ur starting off the best choice would be the ohuhu markers. Theyâre less than 50c per marker

Purple Ghost Soda Yeah from what Iâve heard Ohuhu markers are awesome. My dad ordered a 48 set for like 40 bucks on amazon. (When I checked it was $35 USD but when I went to order it with my dad the price went up but still awesome deal)

Yo vexx you should sell only sketches like not colored at all and then we could color them. Or maybe you could outline it in black then sell it. Like I canât sketch or do doodles for my life so this would be awesome if you do that then I could purchase some to practice coloring it in then I could feel what kind of doodles to do!! in a very shprt summary you are saying that vexx should do a coloring book right??
Now this is gonna sound really messed up but try sketching or copying another persons artstyle (not copying entire piece just snippets of characters) I did this and well in a space of 3 months my artistic skills have almost tripled just a nice way t get better at the hardest part of doodling

doodling is his art style, just draw a bunch of stuff in an area, dont have to think, just do it, start with something simple, then work up

Well done I believe this to be the best video for these markers. Looking at other videos I would say it seems that the cap colour accuracy is the best on these markers. Lastly you graphics showed the capability of the system and with further refinement by the makers if could perhaps become even better. good job this helped.
i love using chameleon, Ohuhu, croma, Art n Fly AND Copic markers all together. for me, it's a great combo. all the color possibilities and they blend together perfectly.

kermit sewerside it's easy just put the tip of the marker you use in the colorless blender and turn it upside down for 15 sec and just color in and it will slowly change color to a lighter or darker color and their cheaper then copics if you ask me :D

Chameleonnn markers are markers that can be dark to light or light to dark, itâs satisfying, nice complete set and btw some colors of chameleon markers are fading and I really love it

Maybe you could try the Windsor and Newton Brush markers next as they are a lot cheaper than Copics here in the UK
I actually prefer the Brushmarker's Ink, but a stiffer nib would be better

Rose Gold no, it's actually pretty easy, it's just a bit time consuming if you want the color to go a certain distance. I bought a pack of different blues along with red and yellow green
Its just 5 seconds if you want the transition long you can do it 30 seconds.

I bought "everything" (52 set plus all colour tops) after watching this video. I watched Jazza's first a while ago, and was unsure. But...after discovering that the problem I was having with my art was that I was trying to do it "too quickly". I was trying to get something done so I could do the next part, or start something new. And my art and sanity at seeing the crap I was making has been degrading over the last 6 or so months. After hearing you list the time as a "drawback", I thought: PERFECT!
I was not disappointed! :) These markers FORCE me to take my time with colouring and this has both increased the quality AND, more importantly, my sanity. I found myself actually *relaxing* as I use my Chameleon's. Having to pause, pick two colours, snap and wait, then colour or do a test run to see if I like the transition...and do it again if I didn't...well, yeah. It takes a LOT longer. And I'm loving every second of it. :) I don't feel "pressured" by my own brain to 'just get it done'...because I'm being forced to stop and wait.
Chameleon markers may have just saved me from cutting off an ear and sending it to some random person. ;)

You should do a 2021 update on them. It would be so nice to see if you still use them and their durability and how they aged over time.

Iâve always wanted markers like those but my family canât afford much but I appreciate what they give me :) when I work I hope I get a bit of money to surprise my family and help with the bills or stuff from home to thank them for everything they have done for me
You can do the same trick with Copics: Just put the tip of one against the tip of another while holding the pens vertical. The fact that this was a stunning artwork is mostly due to Vexxâs skill :-)

Alana Haney not exactly. Because theyâre alcohol base u can get rid of some of the color on another scrap paper like he did in the video too and the marker tip would be back to normal. It might stain the marker if u leave it too long but it will still hold true to its color.
Yup, it wonât ruin the tip. Thatâs why you can blend with alcohol markers to begin with (mixing the colors on the paper would also affect the nibs of other pens, but (good) alcohol markers just clean themselves).
Alana Haney that isnât true! Iâve had copics for a long time and have been using them as my go to markers. And once you combine ink and you use it and then color off the rest of the color the nib might be stained but the ink stays the same.(at least it works for me) :)
i have a couple of copics and the hole chameleon collection and the result you get with chameleon is much more well blended and the tips return to normal. One of my copic now is purple instead of fushia
