- As fears of a potential Russian invasion into Ukraine grow, the tensions are also being felt across the border in Poland where two million Ukrainians live.
It comes as nearly 5,000 US troops have now arrived in Poland - bolstering NATO forces in the region.
I love Poland and its people. I was able to visit Poland for the first time last week.

Not to mention activating NATO troops from all member nations for the first time in history! People wanted to disband nato after USSR fall and now look. In the entire history of USSR cold war, nato had never been activated. Not even Cuban missile and now putin has done it. Sweden and Finland should join nato asap. It is clear that regardless of Russian threats, even if you don't join nato he will still attack. Might as well join nato and bring the military might of the strongest country in the world. Even putin and Russian solider will think twice before shooting an American soldier. The balls of putin to call nato the aggressor who is going to attack Russia when he is the one actually invading. How can he say nato is aggressive or that countries are forced to join it when the democratically voted for it.
