Except he just lied to us to sell wot plus, it's not amazing, this tank is nothing special. He's just a wg sales person. Always advertising whatever is on sale, pay attention next time
@@MrDeepzek Except content creators do not get ANY money from the sales that WG does make. The one exception was, where you could purchase certain bundle in 2022 I believe. :) So your assumption or rather accusation I should say is completely wrong. (=

He got spotted before, so there was a big probability someone was sitting there.
@@Sombralhom yeah but Rhm could have him spotted too. In those situations u never really know from where exactly u get spotted, ofc if u are a skilled player, there are ways to dig out LTs and such, but this was not one of those scenarios

Great to hear you having standing desk. I got for mine also threadmill - walking just when programming, not when playing / it's harder to aim :) But threadmill is a good addon :)
One big advantage of using double shots with this tank is that it has only 2 second reload block after firing the doubles, comparing to the 4 seconds of the russians double penetrators
I really enjoyed the IS-2-II when I played and 3 marked it, I assume this tank plays very similarly but has some extra things going for it. Too bad it's bundled with the WoT Plus cause I wont be paying for that.
I'll be honest. I have been swapping my bounty equipment around so much it would have paid for itself in gold. Then you get gold, and a sweet tank to play with. edited: the doubles dont feel like a punishment for shooting like the 703 II
@@shalakabooyaka1480 I agree with the equipment swapping, this makes the WOT plus worth it on its own.
One big difference is that you can't play hull down on the IS-2-II against higher tiers since the turret armor is garbage.

The TS-54 already had the potential, what I think would increase that potential alot is it if has -10 gun depression. Everything else seems to work out fine.
I would be curious how the tank behaved without bounty equipment and food. I mean, regular Vents+Aim+Turbo, and no food. I have a theory that it wouldn't be so enjoyable. Since several players cannot afford bounty equipment, using regular ones would be more realistic. Moreover, on the index page the tanks are shown with regular equipment only. Cheers!
If you have access to this tank then you can move bounty eq for free. Why _wouldn't_ you put bounty on it? All the tanks on the index shows normal equipment. If you have better than normal, then use them in place. And with normal equipment the tank still slaps.
@@AdamtheRed- I didn't say one shouldn't use bounty equipment. Everybody is free to use whatever they want or can. I honestly think that several tanks don't behave as good when they are regularly equipped compared to bounty equip and food. And skill is mostly using bounty or innovative equip in his videos, whereas on the index page all tanks are shown with regulars. This applies to tech tree tanks too.

Not sure why you bring up the index and it showing normal equipment after my explanation of it. It shows normal, if you have better, use it. Do you think he's suggesting you use regular equipment because thats whats shown in the index?
@@AdamtheRed- Well, on the index page all tanks are rated. Maybe I'm incorrect, but ratings might not be OK for some tanks, if they are awarded based on skill's opinion while playing with bounty equipment. In other words, some tanks might receive worse rating, if the experience was based on regular equipment. Maybe regular equipment ratings would be more representative for the majority of players. I'm just trying to raise a topic here, and not offend anybody. And before you ask, yes I'm a free-to-play player.
@@birrbert ok think about it like this: If you use regular equipment on all tanks, then take one star off every vehicle in the index. The ratings stay the same in relation to other tanks. Or don't worry about the ratings and have fun in the vehicle.
I hope I wasn't coming off as angry, im not. Doesnt matter to me if you pay or play for free, we all struggle in the same game and WG ends up winning regardless.
I think one 'solution' for WG so that they can keep their money printing machine strong while providing option for players to pay and buy tank permanently is to... Add one or two more tank option to WoT Plus, and then add option for you to buy up to 1 or 2 tank permanently from those WoT Plus rental tanks list.

Do you find a weird mechanism in the firing, like it stutters? I have played this a couple times and everytime I shoot, it seems like there is a slight delay. I will have to try it again
How can you get both guns to fire...i have it set to middle mouse and all it does is switch guns?

Some people need to realize that they don't need every good tank, because they don't offer much in terms of unique gameplay.
I mean armor, speed, gun handling and a choice between good dpm or good alpha is kind of hard to beat.
Best thing is, how you recognize Baboon at 05:22 :-)
I'm usually right about judging tanks by their stats and armor model, even with tanks like Bourrasque.
But this time is really an exception. I guessed everything right with this tank apart the ability to do salvos.
So instead of ~3k to 3mark in my sv, Asia sv, this tank will need ~3.3k, might be a little more.
When I was thinking about this tank, I imagined it as a heavily armored tank with good mobility and an a bit above average gun.
Now when I think about it once again, it's still a heavily armored tank that has good mobility, and a 560-alpha gun with good accuracy.
So this thing is definitely among the best at tier 8 in both terms: performance & overall gaming experience.
Good mobility, good armor, good accuracy give comfort.
Ability to Salvo all the time gives you the rewarding feeling for doing a lot of dmg in 1 shot.
This thing however is lack of 1 thing: the difficulty, because it's easy to play with.
It has too many tools and pretty much no weakness.
And yet it's not so common to see good scores with this tank in random games, at least from what I've seen so far. So is it really that easy?
@@TheEndOfEverythingg you need to change the salvo button from the default Left-click to another button which allows you to move, adjust your reticle while also charging the salvo.
C recommended as left thumb is free when you're playing double-barreled tanks.
When the settings is done, what left is just getting used to using salvo, and it's easy with only 2s of charging.
This tank has all kinds of tools you could ever ask for a HT.
If it's not easy then I have no idea what is.
Compare this tank directly to the Obj.703:
- TS-54 has gun depression, 703 doesn't.
- TS-54 has a super tough turret, 703 has a good turret until they load the gold.
- TS-54 has noticeably better mobility.
- TS-54 has way better DPM.
- TS-54 has way better gun handling.
- Salvo with TS-54 is way easier.
- TS-54 has way better viewrange.
- 703 has better hull but not by much.
- 703 has better better ammunitions but again not by much.
Unfortunately, the TS-54 is WoT+ exclusive.
this tank has armor when you face it, coupla is not easy to hit and the range finders on the side are quite hard to hit also. but when i drive this thing, the first shot i receive would be through my coupla. yes, if you are on top of moutain and can hull down to shoot at enemies below this is great, like Malinovka if you wind the windmill high ground. but when you are on flat ground, all of a sudden you feel like you have no armor at all. since you are so low, taller tanks will just pen you hull like butter. the gun handling is not bad, but the alpha is too low and the double love to miss one at even mid range if you are not firing to the side. since the armor is so weak, you feel like you never have enough DPM to defend yourself and is sent to the garage quickly. doesn't feel like a heavy, like a fat slow moving medium. it is like i either get great games or very bad games where i do sub 1k damage and die.

Best thing about ts is double barrel ability, boom 560dmg... 12 seconds lime 560 in the face. This with good gun handling make it a heavy armour td hybrid

Idk, I gladly prefer wargamings rental model over selling tanks, I have 32 prems and 90% of them are sold because they are not good anymore, at least by renting I can stop it any time

This thing is a Cadillac. It's big and buttery smooth. The real sneaky thing about it is that so many bad players have WOT + and they play this thing and they're just not very good in it. The WR looks awful for this tank but man, it's a beauty.

In my opinion the way how you get a tank or how controversial the tank is shouldn't be reflected on the rating, because it's not the tank's performance. And if someone looks up the tank on index, because they're thinking about getting the vehicle and they want to know if they should buy it or not depending on how good the vehicle is, they probably want to know how it performs. I don't want the rating of wargaming, because you could rate for example defender 1/5 because that tank's armor destroyed the game at that time and wargaming made a really bad decision, I want to know the tank's rating how it performs in battle and it's 4/5. I want to make my final decision buying that exact premium tank looking up your ratings and videos, I already decided I'll buy a premuim tank. If not, then you're just entered McDonald's to see how others eat your favorite burger and you're not spending any money.
Than you should forget that rating page altogether. Those are Skills rating, his personal opinion, which doesnt mean much for how good is tank, sure bad tanks will tend to be rated worse than good ones, but overall those ratings are not very accurate, for example Grille is rated better than Jgpze100, and for Skill it is(his playstyle is suited for grille much better than hgpze), but for majority and for performance jgpze will be better

Not sure others get this but when I play with this tank there is a miner delay when I shoot I say 0.5 sec delay. Does anyone else get this?
its probably because i assume u still have the souble shot on left mouse button... u can kaybind it to another key so it will just single shot with left mouse button and the other key will trigger the double shot ... i recomment to bind it to a macro key on your mouse ^^
I've been waiting for this video, at first I thought this was gonna be a meh tank but the more I played, the more I found myself enjoying it. I wish the gun was a little more powerful as far as damage and penetration go but overall I enjoy this tank.

I understand WOT+ is not particularly hot staff they must send it :D And maybe they improved the tank meanwhile ?

Exactly I had this tank for a solid month, had no games like this vs complete brain dead opponents letting you shoot them as easy as Skill did.

When meeting other followers/baboons in Game and refusing to shoot them because of it I think is very unfair to your team and maybe very sucky to some individuals ..
Example: Let say your working on a mission (270e) don't really mater which one (some are very hard) and after your 30th-50th game you finely get it done... Except ! ya need to win the match to finish, And your Team mate (skill) a super uni-com is out there dancing with 1,2,3,4 Enemies And because of this your loose the match ??? NP just another Umpteen matches and maybe you'll get lucky ? Not everyone is as good as you or have the time to play as you to keep grinding out mission tanks.... And how is that any different than say your only light tank doing a Suicide run at start of game ? or could name several other things people do that cost your team the game and every knows it at the start.. To you it's funny and just a game and a pay check... to them it might mean everything ?? When your Marking a HARD tanks or Doing a pain in the ass mission YOU have the option to just click Anonymous so people don't dance with you and mess up your Marks,mission, etc.. BUT what does 1 or more of your team mates do ?? when your dancing around the field ? I'm afraid clicking Anonymous won't help them do there Marks or Missions :(
Ive never seen you cheat or try to game the system... everything you do (except that) is above board and on the level, you play have fun make people laugh and inspire & help them do better... You cuss people out for being and saying mean things to people that don't have a lot of time to play or are just learning the game...Your very caring and considerate of others feelings Except when it comes to what you might be doing without even realizing your doing it.... I (think / feel) you should think about it at the very least... Skill turns on anon when the going gets tough.... Team just has to take it and bow to the Baboons ... Just don't seem right :( Last thing on this You say sorry I don't have any choice ! Do you think the people who got there stuff messed up feel that way ?? Alot of them probably don't even know who your are, Do you think they just say oh this was my 37th try at HT 15 BUT skill didn't have a choice ? anyway I'm sure you get the point...
Another Way: Just a thought but maybe you could tell your followers that when you see each other on the field you can Raise The Gun / Shoot In The Air (as a salute) then back up and the battle is on ?? Like the Knight of Old Many were Friends, Family, Neighbors, Or they just Respected the Opponent.... They would line up on the Jousting field SALUTE and do battle !! Same with the Sword Competition ! and so on and so forth... At very least it might be worth thinking about ??
LAST: Ive been with you for the last 6 years, Never missed a video, or a stream (while healing for 2 years) streams take more time than I have now days :( but I catch what I can when I can.. And NO haven't been subscribed or Posting on CZcams more than maybe a year or 2 because I'm older and refused to sign up / use/ etc. ANY Social Media type platforms.
And not that your dancing and refusing to help team Hurts me in any form (Play on NA) so probably Never see you in game (reeee) So there's none of that here .... But after watching you for 1000's of hours I still just can't help but think what your team might be thinking or feeling when they see or experience that ? No mater what ya do I'll continue to Subscribe, Like Vids, give ya my monthly support on Twitch etc.

Couldn't disagree more. You are missing the point entirely. Part of the reason Skill is as amazing as he is is because of these epic moments of meeting people that love the guy and everyone has fun. Well ... almost everyone. I look forward to his meeting fellow Baboons and if he stopped dancing with them, it would also take away from the people so excited to meet him and getting to show this. It would be a huge loss.
